Potrebbero curare meglio la clientela

La stanza era ampia e pulita. C'è molto posto per parcheggiare.

Prezzo alto per quello che offre.. La stanza era umida e faceva freddo. Abbiamo dovuto accendere i riscaldamento elettrici ed erano i primi giorni di agosto

Comfy room in a beautiful village

The receptionist Ali was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful.

The larger building needs serious renovation.

Value for money

Nice staff with great communication. Hotel was great for us Bikers traveling the NC500 Not a fancy spot so we were happy for what we were paying

The perfect budget room for a relaxing stay in a picturesque spa town.

Very quiet room and location, perfect car park, and just a few moments walk from all the features of the resort town. Strong WIFI and large room. Check in was super fast and the receptionist was really helpful.

There was no breakfast option.

No hot water tap. Cistern coming of the wall. Shower curtain at the bedroom window. So noisy with family above. Thought they were coming through the ceiling.

Staff were nice and the location is ideal.

Black mold in the room. Toilet struggled to flush properly. In serious need of repairs, walls so thin you could have a conversation through them.

Central great location. Nice big room. Comfortable beds. Clean nice towels.

Shower head wouldn't stay up. Property bit run down.

Badly Leaking Shower & Damp Room

The room was clean and a suitable size for sleeping 3 people. The property was easy to get too from Dingwall

The shower was very dated and leaked extensively. It had obviously been doing so for quite some time, judging by the black mould on the bathroom skirting and the carpet on the other side of the wall. The room smelt of damp. One of the photos shows how wet the bedroom carpet was after all 3 of us had a shower. The shower was also not easy to operate

Rough, bed was comfortable but the family were too frightened to leave the room. I doubt we’ll be back

We booked two room and they sold one of them to another group. Our children went to their room to find people sleeping in their bed. Totally unacceptable

Decent hotel for a stop over

Liked the price..liked the area..great for commuting to other places..neat, clean and tidy room...kettle and coffee facilities in room..good wee shower ..quite comfy beds and for a 2* would stay again!

No signposts for reception..went to the old run down hotel first...then to rooms then finally found reception at the spa lodge..confusing! And I hated the clientele. People were so ignorant of the time they arrived and so self absorbed...making a noise..shouting..kids running about until 12pm...people arguing...and when you have a day travelling the next day it is terribly anger some..But no fault of the hotel.

Not as advertised. Very disappointing

No hot water from taps, Cold wet bed, damp stench smell, poor maintenance internal and external, no air conditioning as advertised, no 24 hour front desk, no daily housekeeping, no evening entertainment. On arrival I had to be translated by Google as I was met with someone who didn't speak English.

Great spot for a highland stay!

Adel was amazing - we arrived late but he stayed to make sure we found the hotel and got into our room with no issues. He was so helpful and friendly and gave us a great recommendation for breakfast! The room was perfect for our family of three - we all had our own beds and the bathroom met expectations. The location was great for a visit to Inverness and surrounding areas, no more than 20 minutes! Absolutely recommend staying here!
