The videos for how the door codes work wouldn’t work so look a while to figure out the codes.

Comfortable and great for a short break

Super comfy beds however a double bed would have been good rather than two single beds pushed together. This might not be the case with all rooms but it was with ours. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again.

Parking was difficult if you couldn’t get one of the 5 spaces. Spaces at the back are very tight - I have a small car and just about managed to get out of a very tight spot.

Great Apartment in Good Location

Well appointed apartment with modern furnishings. Good sized room, nice bed. Good location with shops and restaurants and public transport a short walk away. Communication is excellent.

Exceptional

We had an amazing stay here. It was very clean and location was perfect for us.

The only thing was the parking at the back it’s very tight and we have a big car! But it’s manageable in a normal sized car.

not for old age pensioners/ seniors

excellent shower

I think it may be fine for younger travelers, but for our age.. senior citizens (OAPs) it was difficult to manage. It was my mistake that when I was told I was on the first floor. I thought there would be no stairs but in England that’s what we would call our second floor. The stairs are steep and many. The bed was uncomfortable, almost felt like it was tilted, and one side was against the wall, so not easy for that person to get out of it. There was only one small table in the room and two fold up metal chairs that were very uncomfortable.. although the bathroom was clean, and modern there was no place to put your bag with make up to use. The parking was very difficult. If you didn’t get one of the two spaces out front, you had to go down a very narrow driveway and hope no one was in the back so that you could get into a space. This was a concern not only for me, but the other residents at the time. The hot pot to boil water for tea or coffee, had such a short cord that you had to unplug it to pour and the plug was under the table so very difficult to plug in and out. i’ve also never been instructed to take my own trash out after a Hotel stay …that was surprising The managers are very responsive and I know they take pride in the property. I just don’t think it works for someone my age. there may be other rooms on the ground floor that would have been a different experience.

Fine place, good location close to train station

No staff on hand, building shared with a lot of others so there was some noise to deal with. Somewhat confusing log ins codes at first, once sorted not a problem anymore

Cute quiet clean place. Be prepared to take taxis or find the bus to town

Room was clean and windows were great. Big space. Quiet neighborhood.

Better info of where we were located. Direction to Shirley st and buses. Taxi info. A reminder email on the process for getting in the door. We had to help a couple in the door as they did not under it her. Informed that a converter was needed and not supplied. Or supply it with a fee if missing. Two sets of towels for stays of three days or more.

Misleading 'studio', complicated check-in.

The studio was clean and of a decent standard. The double bed was relatively small for two people but quite comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious.

Calling it a studio is a bit overstating. No stove, washing machine, just two sets of cutlery. Any standard hotel room these days is equipped with a small fridge, a microwave, and an electric pot big enough for a cup of tea, and no one is calling it a 'kitchenette' as this place tends to. Additionally, there are no room keys but one needs to enter several digits codes, different for outside and inside doors. Overall, not too convenient. !!Upon check-in, one is asked to submit a photo of a passport via an unsecured website, dangerous and outrageous!!

Comfy beds, clean and good bathrooms

Lack of cooking facilities, just a microwave, not even a toaster, parking is first come, first served at the front, getting to the back is tight, parked fine first night then had to park round the back but it wasn't easy

Simple but did the job

It was good there was a fan as it was warm and nice to have netfix already on the TV. The bed and bed linin were fresh and really comfortable. The tea and coffee was a nice touch too. The room was cleaned well.

the room was smaller than I would have thought. There wasn't much around to walk to. There is really not alot of parking even on the street, we had to park around the corner as there were 4 cars already there. The sugar left with the cups was wet that they could not be used.

very nice clean large remodeled room.

The room was clean and a very large size. It was perfect inside. I stayed in room 4. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. I would stay again in this room.

I got in late at night and walked from the bus. There were two intoxicated men kicking things over and walking down the middle of the road making cars dodge them. I didn’t feel very safe walking alone at night in the area.

Well I got a good night sleep cause the be bed was comfortable and really clean bathroom.

The fact that when I got there I was told by the cleaner that the room that I booked was occupied and that they are fully booked and she didn't know what to do as she couldn't get through when trying to get hold of the lady who makes the bookings. Had to walk with her to the other house that she's cleaning so she could make a phone call and be advised on what to do next and the whole process took over an hour for me to be given another room I didn't book. I was so tired I just wanted to get a shower and sleep and was Greatful that I was not chucked out as the cleaning lady told me that they are fully booked and the the 2 available rooms were for other guests and not me as my room was already occupied. I asked her why did they took double booking as my room was already paid for, well she had no answer to that. So that was the bad experience for me at this place.
