the dining area was very nice. Food good
The bedroom and bathroom were dated and needed a bit of TLC. The net curtains were very dirty, and general standard looked very tired. Bed was saggy too! Not enough sockets - none next to the bed to charge phone.

Breakfast was very good. The room was a little tired but was told they were in the process of renovation, however the room was quite large and the bed and facilities were excellent. The gardens of the hotel can only be described as superb and the decking area was absolutely brilliant. The staff went above and beyond and were brilliant.
The Room.
I have booked again for when the rooms are refurbished because the hotel and staff were brilliant.

The evening I stayed there was live entertainment, which was an added bonus and a lot of fun. Great location for airport.
Less furniture in the rooms would create more space

The reception staff at late check in as well as early check out were both very polite professional and welcoming.
Dirty bathroom, several short hair in the bath and on the vanity unit.
A massive put off and would not book this place again

The bar and restaurant area was really cosy and inviting
The room was pretty rank. Really old, very basic, air con was basically non existent and there was no hot water for a shower in the morning.

Friendly staff.
Great location.
Dog friendly.
Unfortunately the room I had was on the carpark side of the building so I could hear the cars coming and going throughout the night.

nice size room, with access to patio and garden
no air conditioning or even a fan in the room on what was a very hot evening. there were no windows to open, only the double doors to the patio which for security reasons you don’t want to leave open while you are asleep. there used to be aircon but it’s been removed.

The bed was comfortable
The room decoration was extremely dated and worn. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the people in the next room talking. We had a front downstairs room and were disturbed early in the morning by people walking past.

Excellent Staff. Very nice breakfast and the location was perfect.
Rooms are a little tired, but fine for the price.

Dinner was lovely, although we were placed where there was a live singer later on. We were not told this so had to leave after the first song. Location was spot on, we have used this hotel before. The receptionist was friendly.
Firstly the bed was lumpy also quite small. The bathroom had black
mould around the sink. The room seemed a little tired.
Same in the restaurant, although the food was great, staff were friendly, it is noticeably worn.

Facilities - bar and restaurant in separate building. Unpleasant smell outside room. Receptionist very unhelpful when a relation who joined us next day tried to check in. We were all going to a funeral at 3pm but when she asked if any rooms were ready so she could check in she was very forcefully told there would be no check in until 2pm while cleaning staff had very clearly already finished several rooms. We were therefore pushed for time when it could have been so much less stressful.

plenty of parking easy access to M27
There were people sitting right outside the front of my bedroom making quite a lot of noise.
