Personal amable, instalaciones antiguas

El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es cómoda.

El mobiliario es muy antiguo. Justo debajo del hostal está el restaurante, así que hasta que no terminan las cenas hay mucho ruido en la calle, y se oye desde la habitación.

The owner should to decide if he host tourists or organize private partyes. Both doesn't work.

Very good location, the room was clean , the breakfast delicious and the staff nice and friendly, too friendly even with very noisy restaurant clients. So, doesn't matter the bed was very good , if the night was terrible.

In the restaurant, right under my room was a 20-30 local people party, that did last till 1:30 at night and the staff was to nice to tell them they are disturbing the guest that paid for the room.

The location was perfect and we enjoyed our breakfast in Locanda.

The laminated door and wardrobe worsen the overall impression, it doesn't correspond with the pictures presented.

Really disappointing

The location is excellent, few steps from the main points to visit in San Gimignano

In the room you could hear all the noise of the people eating downstairs at the Locanda. People shouting and singing after midnight, so noisy like they were inside the room. Impossible to fall asleep. The noise continues when the people of the hotel clean the restaurant and starts quite early when they start preparing the breakfast in the kitchen. The shower needs definitely to be renewed, terribly old and rusty bathroom. The personal didnt even ask how was our stay, they didnt ask if we needed something else when serving the breakfast.

Perfect place to feel a part of the old city :)

Lovely old home in the centre of San Gimignano. Comfortable and very clean room, friendly owners, literally adjacent to a range of restaurantes and cafes. 5 minute slow walk to town centre. So beautiful :)

Very good and excellent value.

Everything was very good. The breakfast was substantial, very tasty, and served by a very pleasant staff member.

The large common room was nice to have. Perhaps a kettle could be added to allow guests to make tea or coffee.

amazing stay, would absolutely recommend this accomodation for a night or two in San Gimi

What fantastic accomodation, no complaints from me. Bed was comfy, room was a cool temperature, staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great location as it is just round the corner from the Main Street but gives you a bit of peace and quiet away from the crowds. 10/10

the location was great, staff accomodating

mold in the bathroom - the room, furniture and facilities are quite old, which is fine, but it HAS TO BE CLEAN. the view from room was dusgusting. Our friends got an amazing view FOR THE SAME PRICE. the breakfast was very average - the cheapest yogurt, fresh croissants - but no sour options.

Nice staff and good location.

The bathroom needs maintenance. No soap holder in the shower. The shower was clogged. The bathroom trash lid was broken. The fan was old and made a very annoying mechanical sound. My room’s window was facing the backyard which is also the outdoor of a restaurant therefore there loud voices till around 11.

Central, professional an clean hotel with great breakfast.

The breakfast downstairs in the restaurant was very professional, ample and all the products were of high quality. The room is that of an old Italian Hotel - it is dated but has character. The room was large. The hotel is central.

No aircon in the room, had to ask for a fan. No fly screens on the windows so lots of bugs. The room is dated and there is some superfluous/cheap furniture which tarnishes the look of the room.

It is in very good location and the owners gave us very good advice about free parking. We were for one night stay, so everything was good. Also the breakfast is very nice.

We didn’t like the room, because it was like we are in a dungeon with a small window on the right top, so it was a very small daylight, there was even a bench with which you can reach the window to open and close. The room wasn’t like shown in the photos. The number of the room was 34, so if you have the chance try not to be in this room. Everything else was ok.

Location is great. The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

I have only one complaint. The rooms are placed above the restaurant and there are no doors dividing the restaurant and corridor leading to the rooms so it is a little bit noisy in the evening
