Great rooms in a really central location

The hotel is right next to the railway station, so is very central, and has private parking. Also has a lovely garden for sitting out. Room and bathroom were really modern and pleasantly decorated and looked clean. Excellent team and shortbread!

Guy on reception was helpful enough but could have done with being a bit more welcoming and friendly, as it felt like we inconvenienced him by arriving. Room smelled at bit like dogs - I’m not sure of the source, because everything looked very new and clean.

My stay was perfect!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming both on arrival and departure and I have no faults or complaints about my stay here. Ideally situated and the room was perfect! 11/10 for cleanliness and comfort! I have all ready and will continue to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Exceptional, would happily stay again next time I'm in Perth.

This is a modern and well maintained facility. Clearly a lot of effort and investment has been made to keep the decor and fittings up to date. The dinner and service was exceptional. Great value for money. I was clearly on a discounted rate as I would normally have expected to pay twice as much for similar accomodation.

Could not fault this place.

Wonderful people, room size, food and location; however not up to boutique standards

The staff were very nice and helpful; breakfast was delicious and in a bright room; room and bathroom were fairly large; great location to walk many places; entire property seemed very clean; front garden area with seating was very nice since the weather was nice at the time.

This is supposed to be a small boutique hotel, which it is not decorated as such; my room wasn't even on their site; the door had to be shoved to open over carpet; shower stall very narrow; two different bases under the bed; lacking decor for being boutique

A very pleasant hotel offering excellent service, dining and value. Highly recommended.

A very well appointed and presented small hotel . Good sized rooms and en-suite facilities. The manager was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. The choice, value and quality of the evening meals and breakfasts were excellent. The overall service was exemplary.

We loved everything about this boutique hotel. The staff were wonderful… very professional, friendly and helpful. The region is full of history and we’d go back in a heartbeat. We would recommend anyone to stay at The Parklands Hotel in it’s beautiful settings.,

Good central location with parking. Easy walking into city centre. Although on a busy road room was nice and quiet.

Although heating was on room was quite cold. A portable fan heater was provided.

visiting Perth for one night, the Parklands was very nice and i would recommend to friends/family

small and friendly hotel, close to town centre room was clean and fresh breakfast was outstanding

Passable

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel was central with a lovely view of the South Inch.

The hotel should either commit to being pet friendly or not take pets. I felt very awkward as a guest as I felt my pets were unwanted guests, despite my very best efforts to ensure they were managed well in the bedroom and the hotel.

A hidden jem.

A lovely older style hotel Loved the classic large bedroom with tall ceilings. The room was warmed with wall heaters The bath room was recently renovated. The room was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the dining room with attentive staff. The hotel is located centrally with the street shopping an easy walk.

We really couldn't pick fault. Great value for money Recommend it.
