We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated home. The neighborhood felt safe to us--important for our peace of mind. Tammy was easy to reach and provided all of the essentials to get our stay off to a good start.
LOTS of closet space and privacy in the home. The back patio and the beautiful landscaping out front were major pluses. We certainly would stay again,

Nice home and property in a quiet area. So clean and had everything you need. We enjoyed the sunny weather that brightens up the living room. We are a family of remote workers. The wi-fi and service was great. I would highly recommend staying here. The host was excellent.

We found this listing after many turned us down when we said we were having a birthday party. We thought great this will be the place. The listing said up to 10 people and we had planned for a few 16 year olds to stay over so we booked it. The VERBO charges were as much as the rental charge which doubled the cost. After we paid the required amount the owner said we need another $150 for the extra people. I said what extra she said you have 4 kids staying with you. I thought the rental was for 10 but I guess that’s not true. I told her we only plan on having 2 kids plus myself and wife for a total of 4 people. She then said $50 extra. I don’t know how this is possible but I had already paid a non refundable payment and didn’t want to loose that. We got to the house and the lawn hadn’t been cut in a very long time even though the hour rules said it happens every Wednesday. The patio where we planned the party was so dirty and full of tree droppings I had to clean it. Then we found out it was going to rain and replanned the party to the garage. I went there and had to clean it also as it was a mess. We have decided not to stay in homes anymore hotels will be best.

Traveling with my elderly aunt and my adult children for a memorial service, this home provided us with a comfortable home base. Not a lot of bells/whistles but a nice kitchen and yard. Surprised to find one-ply toilet paper, but otherwise this small home met our needs for our short stay. Host very communicative and helpful. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cul-de-sac during a whirlwind visit to Sacramento (where we were mostly based at the Aquatic Center). Very clean and easy to find everything we needed at the home. Gracious and helpful hostess made sure we were comfortable and settled.
Beds were mostly comfortable - there was something for everyone...soft, medium and firm. They were all memory foam (so be forewarned, perimenopausal women...they can be hot.)
Next door neighbors were kind and welcoming, too.

Home is in a quiet area. My friends and I (3 females) felt safe.
Home is clean with nice furnishings. It is well taken care of. Back yard looked good, but we didn’t use it during our stay. There were plenty of utensils when we needed to cook. Everything was in working order. Host is very responsive and hospitable. 10/10 would stay here again
