The swimming pool (unheated), secured by an alarm, is open from May to September. There are also two terraces: one covered with a large outdoor table seating 14, and the other on the lounge side with garden furniture perfect for socialising.

On the first floor, the master bedroom opens onto a secure terrace where you can relax in total peace and quiet.

The villa also has a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

We don't allow parties because, although the house is very quiet and out of sight, it is located on a housing estate. We don't allow parties at all.
Included in the housekeeping fee is: Linen & this will include: sheet, duvet cover, pillow case, small & large towel, shower mat & tea towel (hotel linen)

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover.
Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open. It is open from May to September.
