The first one, build in 2014, is 300 m2 made in wood - 8 bedrooms (2 to 5 for parents and 3 to 6 for kids/singles, with 2 to 4 single beds in each ), living room with fire (70 sqm), dining room, large kitchen), 5 showers, two bathrooms, 6 wc, outside shower, large terrasse, BBQ, etc...
and an "annexe"(built in 2011), separated building made in wood, on which a real second house is installed : 2 bedrooms (2 single beds -or a parent one-) and 2 times 2 stacked beds so 6 beds in total), fully fitted kitchen, italian shower, wc and a summer living room under a 40m2 canopy so 80m2.
On top : outside shower, terrasse, ping pong, BBQ, … both houses are made of totally new furnitures and equipements.
Ideal for multi generation or multi families!
