Getting around the neighborhood is super easy. All of major attractions are within walking distance but you can always call an uber, take a bus from the nearest bus station on veikou street or take the metro from the Fix Metro station nearby. Parking is fairly easy, especially on the streets above the house, next to Filoppapou hill.

-After booking and a having agreed to the house rules, if we find out that your intentions are to host a party/gathering then you should cancel your reservation. There will be no refunds.
- People not included in the reservation are not allowed to enter the property -
Never leave keys behind the door in the lock. In case you lose the keys, the lock must be replaced. The cost for this will be yours
- Common quiet hours are from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and after 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. (no loud noises during these hours).
-To comply with local regulations, we will need the passport number of the person who made the reservation. For Greek citizens, we need their VAT number
- Please confirm the number of guests, to ensure bedding is provided for extra people. If we find more people in the listing than in the reservation, they will be removed from the property and charged to your reservation for each additional person according to the commission per additional person. - Please note that children (age 2 and above) count as guests and must be added to your booking. A baby cot is available on request.)
- Departure is at 11:00 am. Only if agreed and when availability allows, a later departure can be arranged for a fee. If we find you at the apartment after the departure time, you will be charged the daily rate.
- We use high quality white sheets and towels. Make sure they are free of stains. Will be charged if they get dirty.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If we find you are smoking within a penalty of €100 will be charged to your booking.
- For commercial use (photographs and video recordings) are allowed only after our consent. Different prices from the daily price.
- Packages or mail cannot be sent to the apartment
. We will not be responsible for the receipt, loss or delivery of packages
. - Booking constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Visitors who violate these rules are responsible for any related damages, fees, costs or expenses.
- When you report a problem with the listing, you automatically grant us access when needed to fix the reported issue.
- Please do not log out of our Netflix and Disney Plus accounts to log into yours.
