Good location, great value for money.

Property is convenient for the town of Costa Teguise. Restaurants, shops and beaches are within easy short walking distance.
It is family resort and as such is noisy during the day and into the evening, with children being left to play in the pool, which the apartments are around.
The apartments are good value for money but are somewhat tired.
The staff, who are not on site, but at the sister property across the road, are helpful.

Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Ideal location, just a 5 min walk into town. Would definitely recommend. Will be back again soon I hope.

We arrived at this apartment but there was a confusion on our booking, Tbf it was on my part. We spoke to the manager and he said he’d put a bed in and we’ll sort it in the morning. We went out to eat, came back and open the door and turn the light on, to be greeted by 4 large cockroach running around the room, I killed them and we went to bed, we were woken by my daughter saying I can hear something, I turned the light to see another 3 large cockroach’s running around the place.
Next day after a restless night we spoke to the manager about this, the receptionist told my daughter not to be scared of cockroaches and the manager then gave me a lecture on where they live and claimed it’s not in the room. There was a big gap under the door so we presume they got in that way. We were offered another room in the top floor but decided to leave. No one in reception next to us so left the keys and left. We contacted our booking agent (hotels. Com) but got a reply in Spanish. We emailed back and then another in Spanish came. From start to finish I’d say the booking agent and hotel are a disgrace. The hotel its self was basic to say the least, no pictures, old furniture and badly painted. Add the wildlife total depressing. If you’re reading this and thinking about booking with Hotels.com or going to this hotel. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Now having to get my bank to get the payment they took(full) for staying in cockroach hotel.
