I really appreciated the office room, and it was far away from the bedrooms. The office had a very large work space, possibly 20 sq. ft. with a 27-ish " monitor for your multi-screen needs. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The living room had a great TV, comfortable sectional with motorized recliners on the ends, and a large and efficient fan which kept the room cool even at higher AC temperature settings. The master bath shower is huge and the bathroom had all the toiletries needed. The towels were plush. The bathroom has what I call a "water closet" meaning the toilet is its own separate room. The back patio has comfortable seating and a gas grill. We didn't use the pergola area, but it has a fire pit for cooler evenings. The pool is small, but is a great way to cool off, and the fountains make great white noise. We really appreciated the umbrella-shaded area of the pool. The neighbors were not an issue (as far as noise or animals) the week we were there. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, bakeware, pots, pans, etc, and a 5-burner gas cooktop. Also greatly appreciated was the water cooler in the hallway by the laundry room. This house had everything we could need, including sunscreen and pool towels and aloe gel in the fridge!
Hard to find anything that could be better. I didn't find an HDMI cable for the monitor in the office, but I think the host would have brought us one if we asked, she was that attentive and responsive. I think a bath mat for the master shower would be a nice addition (though both sides of the double sink vanity had a mat). The garage seems a little short, we barely fit our 2021 CR-V in and had to open garage to load/unload. And perhaps a chest for the pool toys as the monsoon winds wreaked havoc with them.

We loved our stay. The host has thought of everything. The home is very clean and in a great location.
Can't think of a single thing.
