It's rare to be based in the suburbs close to shopping and easy access to 520, but still feel like you're in the woods. And the house is well appointed. The kitchen appliances are top tier and well maintained. The beds and linens are high quality and very comfortable. The trade-off for being surrounded by mature fur trees is heavy shade so the house may feel dark in winter, but it was perfect for staying cool during this sunny summer. Also, this is not the place for folks who don't love dogs. The dogs that live in the other wing are well behaved and mostly quiet, but definitely present (e.g. active in a visible dog run; occasionally audible through the shared walls). Brad was very responsive, polite, and proactive. Will certainly come back next summer if we need a similar arrangement.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Bridal Trails Treehouse! The property was even more spacious than we expected, providing a peaceful and relaxing escape. Brad, our host, was amazing and incredibly accommodating with our last-minute booking. He made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The serene environment and the beautiful treehouse made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

We stayed at this lovely home in the woods of Bridel Trails while visiting our son who lives in Bellevue. We enjoyed this property very much.... only wished the weather would have allowed us to make use of the beautiful out door areas. Brad was very responsive to all concerns that were passed on to him. We hope to return here in October! It is highly recommended.

The house is nice and well stocked, in a beautiful wooded location in Bridle Trails. Lovely living space with cozy fire place, everything you need for cooking, and great area for walking.
We stayed there temporarily as we were moving into a new home in Kirkland from another state, and he allowed us to bring our pets. Our first night or two, we had a few strange experiences, and while the property description noted that the host lives on property--I had the impression that it was a separate dwelling unit and not a shared space.
To separate the living space, there's a small sliding piece of wood with fairly large gaps, which the host has the ability to lock on his side, but guests cannot on theirs. We could hear their music, tv, dog, and conversations. A few times, the music transitioned to play on the TV in the room that my 4 year old son was sleeping in--startling him awake.
At about 11pm, it sounded to me as if the front door was open. I walked over to see, and the host was outside with a truck, and the door was wide open (there's no additional way to lock the front door from the inside--deadbolt is tied to the keypad). I asked what was going on and why he had opened the door, and I didn't get a very clear answer. As 2 women and a 4-year-old child staying there, we felt unnerved and a bit uncomfortable the entire time.
He did try to make things more comfortable through the rest of the week, and we loved the house, but steps could be taken to ensure guests' privacy.

We stayed for a week during a remodeling project in our home. Quiet neighborhood, great paths for walking the dog & a lovely, comfortable place to call home! Thanks for a great stay.

Everything about Bridle Trails Treehouse was top-notch! Excellent choice for our 4 day stay in Bellevue. It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our visit. We were able to grill out one night which was great. We were visiting from out of town and had some relatives come to visit and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was all we had envisioned and more!

We had a wonderful time in this one-of-a-kind home. Spacious, tastefully furnished, pristine, well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location could not have been more perfect given that we had to spend time in both Seattle and Bellevue.
Great, relaxing outdoor space with trails as well as the hot tub on the deck (clean with perfect temperature!)
Check-in was easy; we were met by the manager who was super helpful and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.
