Leonardo greeted us as soon as we arrived,we were early so he kept our luggage in his office. It was a few minutes to walk to the water and the fabulous promenade. When we checked in later, Leonardo helped us with our luggage and explained how things worked in our gorgeous , quiet air-conditioned room. He contacted us thru out our stay via WhatsApp to see if we needed anything. Amazing service, grazie mille Leonardo.

Gorgeous apartment in a perfect location. Impeccably clean, high ceilings and heaps of space. Frlt much more luxury thab the pricetag we paid! The host, Leonardo, could not have been more friendly. Washer dryer allowed us to get a bunch of laundry done while sleeping - super helpful after weeks of travelling. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent apartment tastefully decorated and furnished. Clean. Nice shower. Welcome boat and flowers on the table Close to sea and about 15 minute walk from train station on straight line (cannot get lost) and same distance from city center. Restaurants nearby. Best of all was the host Leonardo who is welcoming, sweet, and makes every effort to make your stay convenient and comfortable

Excellent. Huge, clean apartment which is right near the seafront. Host was very friendly and helpful with self check-in, etc. WiFi excellent - no issues at all. Walking distance to everything.
Small thing, but a few rugs would be nice. Like beside the bed or under the dining table. The floor is all tiled and ice cold.

Excellent place! Beautiful apartment, with a cute, minimalist, and creative design, and a lot of air in space. Excellent to spend time with family, but also emotional restoration. Receiving, receptive, and professional host. Super clean apartment. We had a nice one, overlooking the sea, two balconies - very comfortable. I also appreciated the wonderful historical stairs, from the entrance. Excellent location, I recommend it with great love.

Leonardo's attention was magnificent. He was attentive to our stay and made it easy for us to collect our suitcases after checkout.
The location of the apartment is magnificent. walking, 10 minutes from Gare Central. 15 minutes from the center and beginning of the historic center and 5 minutes from the sea.

El apartamento está muy bien situado en un edificio histórico a un paso del mar. Desde allí se puede ir andando y se llega al centro comercial en 15 minutos. La zona tiene tiendas, cafeterías y está cerca de la estación de tren. El anfitrión Leonardo es un encanto, siempre disponible para ayudar con una sonrisa. No dudaría en volver y recomendarlo a amigos y familia.

Beautiful and large apartment, part of a building dating from the 1930s; extremely friendly host Leonardo, always ready to help and provide information; and a good location - close to everywhere. Plenty of small cafes and shops with excellent Italian coffee and other products in the neighbourhood.

It was an amazing experience. Hospitality level master :) Leonardo was the greatest host. Always at our disposal, ready to help and support. Location is perfect, close to city centre, sea and train station. Apartment has everything that is needed, including coffee machine. Interior design was beautiful. I will come back for sure and I have already recommended this place to my friends.

Appartamento molto grande,pulitissimo.Leonardo gentilissimo ci ha fatto un upgrade rispetto a quello che avevamo prenotato.
Letto comodissimo,arredi nuovissimi,smart tv,bollitore e macchina del caffè a disposizione.
La zona è logisticamente comoda per arrivare a Bari vecchia e nel quartiere Murat,molto vivace,ma le strade circostanti il palazzo sono oggettivamente tenute male e piuttosto sporche.

Küchenausstattung wie Geschirr und Besteck war nur in geringer Zahl vorhanden. Wenige Küchenwerkzeuge. Aber wer will selber kochen, wenn es in der Nähe so viele gute Restaurants und Pizzerien gibt.

This 2 BR apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and in a great location to visit Bari and the surrounding area. A grocery store is across the street and paid garage parking is a two minute walk. The old town and the main shopping street are only a 15 minute walk. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, too. Highly recommend this property.
The property is on the upper floor without any lift. This was no problem for us but be aware there are a lot of stairs.

Ubicación perfecta, el edificio es precioso, recién reformado y con un mobiliario cómodo y adecuado. Nos encantó el Palacio y más aún el excelente anfitrión, Leonardo, quien nos trató como a reyes. Si vais a Bari, no dudéis en disfrutarlo.
Aparcar en la zona es complicado, pero al menos hay varios parking de pago en la zona.

Excellent in almost every aspects:
Great Location, very smooth checkin process, hospitality of owner/contact (I would say 5 star experience with him), comprehensive and clean facility, space/size (prefect for our group of 3 people).
I will definitely book this apartment if visiting Bari again.
One minor thing: there is no elevator and the apartment is at the second floor.
However, we knew this already before booking.
This is not really an issue for us.

Palazzo Zippitelli è un bellissimo palazzo storico - completamente ristrutturato nel rispetto della continuità architettonica - nel centro città, ad un passo dal lungomare. Posizione strategica per visitare tutti i luoghi d’interesse.
All’arrivo ci ha accolti l’omnipresente Leonardo, il plus di questo soggiorno.
Gentile, professionale, accudente e reattivo nel soddisfare qualunque richiesta.
Chiunque si occupa di ricezione dovrebbe fare un corso di formazione da Leonardo!
L’appartamento ha spazi razionali ben distribuiti ed è arredato con gusto minimal e super funzionale. Ha tutto ciò di cui si necessita ed oltre….
Abbiamo anche conosciuto il proprietario - Guido - squisitamente disponibile.
Tutti si sono spesi perché anche il nostro cane fosse adeguatamente coccolato.
Inaspettatamente, dopo due giorni abbiamo beneficiato di pulizie extra e cambio biancheria. Non scontato! trattandosi di un appartamento e non di un hotel o di un residence.
Esperienza eccellente, assolutamente tutto perfetto!
Un luogo dell’anima altamente consigliato e dove tornare!

Appartamento ristrutturato molto bene in palazzo storico,. Posizione molto comoda per visitare Bari vecchia a piedi. Pulizia. Leonardo gentilissimo disponibile a fornire informazioni. Appartamento ben fornito ed equipaggiato. Bagno con ogni confort.
Unico neo da segnalare riguarda gli infissi che, seppur nuovi, risultano poco isolanti ( sembrava di essere con finestre aperte). tutto ciò comunque in un contesto di ottima e recente ristrutturazione.

La posizione é ottima, centrale e ben raggiungibile, lo stabile è davvero elegante,
la pulizia anche, ottima.
Gli appartamenti sono tutti curati nei dettagli e ben riscaldati ed anche ben rinfrescati, ci sono stata due volte sia in estate che in inverno e grazie agli infissi di ottima qualità e al sistema di riscaldamento a pavimento si gode di un ottimo climax
Ci sono un paio di cose che credo che questa nuovissima struttura debba migliorare…
Nel primo soggiorno avevamo un appartamento con tende oscuranti nella camera da letto, nel secondo soggiorno abbiamo avuto un altro appartamento dove seppur l’arredo fosse comunque molto bello, vi erano tende tipo veneziane, che onestamente non permettevano di oscurare la luce dall’esterno.
Inoltre ho notato che seppur il soggiorno sia da più giorni, non vengono lasciati più rotoli di carta igienica o capsule per il caffè o bottiglie di acqua…
Capisco che la colazione non sia compresa… ma al prezzo ( di cui parlerò dopo) ci aspettiamo una cura maggiore.
Per quanto riguarda la dotazione di biancheria per la casa, pecca un po’, per il fatto che non vengono forniti doppi cuscini e plaid come in tutti gli appartamenti di lusso… é uno dei punti che dovrebbero migliorare.
Infine, il prezzo… trovato molto al di sopra del precedente soggiorno.
Capisco il periodo, ma a piu di 125 euro a notte ci troviamo davanti a prezzi di albergo a 5 stelle, pertanto i servizi offerti dovrebbero essere molti, ma molti di più.
Insomma piccole migliorie, che credo sicuramente verranno prese in considerazione all’ottimo host Leonardo ed i suoi collaboratori.
Torneremo sicuramente nonostante queste piccole attenzioni da migliorare.

Wir waren begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft des Besitzers Leonardo. Er stand uns bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr gut gelegen (zentrumsnah und auch nah am Meer).

A 800 metri dalla stazione e da Via Sparano, a 50 metri dal lungomare, un supermercato proprio sotto casa aperto fino alle 22. La posizione è perfetta. Mi ha accolto un cortesissimo signore che mi ha messo a disposizione l'appartamento in anticipo rispetto all'orario prefissato e me lo ha lasciato fino alle 15 del giorno di partenza consentendomi così di ottimizzare la mia permanenza rispetto agli orari del treno. Il palazzo è nobiliare e si vede, ampio scalone all'ingresso e appartamento assai vasto. Tutto perfetto, comodo ed elegante. Mi ha colpito particolarmente il riscaldamento a pavimento che ti consente si camminare scalzo. Fornello ad induzione efficientissimo. Televisore con Smart TV. Insomma niente da dire. Perfetto !
Non c'è l'ascensore (almeno io non l'ho visto perchè non l'ho nemmeno cercato, mai io non faccio testo perchè vado a piedi anche al 4° o 5° piano). L'appartamento da sull'interno e quindi è piuttosto scuro, avrei preferito un bel panorama sulla bella piazza antistante, quello mi sarebbe piaciuto, così come non dover accendere le luci di giorno. Ma a quel prezzo sotto Natale in pieno centro beh, sarebbe stato troppo.
