I liked the whole flat it was very well done. Extremely clean and internet worked with the customer experience was very helpful
The view from the velux window was cool and we didn't really get bothered by the noise from the yard next door. It's unfortunate that it's been sandwiched between two scrap yards because it's a nice building. If your thinking of going for a pint downstairs don't bother because the pub is closed. Unfortunately for Aston alot of it is in poverty and a great deal of things have closed up shop. There isn't much to do but it's easy to get in and out of Birmingham with the train station being a piss flick away
The area was so sketchy. There was absolutely no staff at hand and no information on how to check in I had to phone the guy. The intercom phone was clicking all night I had to take it off the hook
One of the worst things for me was that the only fire exit door was always unlocked and open so we're the back gates basically inviting anyone in to the property but the locks on the rooms were definitely sufficient.
Soundproofing could be sorted too
Would I stay again? I actually would as much as the surrounding area sketched me out I felt safe in the room and in the day walking around wasn't a problem.

It was very simple nice three beds comfortable and cozy
I didn’t like the outside there was rubbish bags and bottles and Ballon canisters everywhere, also very unsafe a staircase which was right next to our room the door was already open and we went down the stairs and my friend walked down first and her leg slipped straight through a massive gap this could have been much more serious or even a child could of walked down and fell straight through that gap
3.2
It was handy having the kitchenette.
Parking was on a very dodgy street, tiny shower/toilet, mattresses were comfy but one had a questionable stain, couldn't find any info regarding the WiFi, no batteries in the TV remote control, other very noisy inconsiderate guests, woken at 7.30 by the company next door crushing rubble into hard-core.
3.2
It had everything that you could need
The TV wasn't working but that was explained when we got there

-It was home away from home,
-it was exceptionally clean and tidy
-The room and kitchen facilities worked excellently e.g.TV, Washing machine, Microwave etc.
-The beds were the most comfortable I have have used in any Airbnb or hotel in the UK
-The location was awesome with a bustop just outside the apartment and close to train ticketing machine
- Safety and access control was top-notch
- The manager is very responsive and kind. Staff is also friendly and helpful
The kitchen was spot-on but can have more utensils like more pots
3.2
Spacious, good facilities
Rest room is very small. Fridge was dirty with fungus. As it was turned off so had water spillage in the fridge
Outside view was horrific.
