This three-storey home consists of a kitchen/diner with woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a games room, along with a bathroom, super-king-size with en-suite, king-size with en-suite, and twin bedrooms on the first floor, and a double and twin on the second floor. Appliances include a Range oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment, a Smart TV, selection of games, table tennis and pool table. Outside there is an enclosed terraced garden with patio seating area, a decked seating area and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. For a coastal break to Dorset, book Braeside. Note: Sloping ceilings in the second-floor bedrooms; please take care. Note: Narrow and steep staircase up to the top floor; please take care.
