Lovely stay breakfast was beautiful friendly staff would definitely stay again.

Our room was small but comfortable and staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The car park behind the hotel is accessed from a narrow lane (car width only and 2 way) and parking can be challenging.
4.6
Great view from room. Bathroom small but functional.
Wonderful breakfast,
Very friendly and helpful reception.
4.6
Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
4.6
Breakfast was delicious! The best part of our stay. The choice of breakfast was fantastic and deserves 5*.
Room clean and mainly comfortable - room 6 - mattress needs changing. It is very soft with lumpy bumpy bits. A tiny bathroom and unfortunately the shower stopped working mid shower. Lots of little complimentary shower gels, soap etc.
There were big bottles for hand wash and hand creme on the wall but were practically empty - this was a shame as it looks poor! either fill them up or take them down. Hairdryer, shoe horn and clothes brush in the vanity drawer.
Bar on site which was well stocked.
Warm and welcoming from the staff and at bar service and breakfast time.
The hallways look as if there is something going on? But it's just dusty bookcases - again these need to be moved - it just looks a bit scruffy.

Great hotel! I was in a family room with my 2 children and we all said we'd stay here again. Even though we had a sea-view room, right opposite the beach, we were not disturbed by outside noise because of the good double glazing. Breakfast, beds & shower were all fab. All the staff were very nice, especially the amazing Leo on reception. He really went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble.

We have just returned from our 4 night stay in this hotel and what a stay it was. The hotel room we stayed in (number 7) was amazing. There was so much storage, drawers, wardrobe, charging points with usb points too! I have stayed in rooms before where there is limited plug sockets but here they were all over making it very convenient to charge phones and use hairdryer.
The TV was the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel room which was great for the England match! Yes we stayed in, sat by the window having the best of both worlds the final and a sea view!!
I always pack coat hangers I didn’t need them, the wardrobe had plenty. The bed was so comfy, the maids could not do enough for us and checked on us daily to empty bins and make beds.
The front of house staff were amazing and were always around to answer any questions and serve us drinks of the evening.
One thing I would recommend is to reserve and pay for parking. If not you may find yourself walking a fair distance as parking is limited. We paid for our 4 night parking and it was so convenient to just pop out the back of the hotel, go about our day and return back to the hotel knowing we did not have to find a space.
The room was immaculate, the view was amazing, there were two chairs in our room to which we were able sit by the window and look across the sea and seagull watch!!
Breakfast was delicious and plenty on offer, fresh fruit, cereal and full English.
We would highly recommend this hotel and would return!

Excellent staff and service

This property was excellent and so was the staff, the breakfast was fantastic.
The only criticism of it was my father had a room beneath me and there was water dripping from the bathroom light,( apparently from my bathroom) the maintenance man applied silicone around areas of my bathroom to try to cure it, he said if it didn't work he would do a deeper investigation at the weekend ( meaning that my dad had the problem of water dripping and pooling in his bathroom all week - not fair)
We spoke to the receptionist before we left and he said he would inform the general manager

Comfortable well equipped bedroom. Delicious and enjoyable breakfast.

Amazing . Stayed with my mum a few months ago, staff were so friendly and chatty . Breakfast gorgeous , rooms so nice , will stay again with a sea view .
4.6
The hotel is conveniently located across the promenade. Walking distance to the pier and other restaurants and shops. Great staff and breakfast was amazing! Note, have to reserve a parking spot for a fee, otherwise you're stuck trying to find a spot along the street.
4.6
very cramped accommodation in need of improvement. Window in bedroom very small and needs repair. Top of very steep stairs. Shower very small and cramped. Water pressure extremely irregular and unable to control temperature. Television remote does not work properly.

Booked this hotel for elderly parents as stated parking onsite. On arrival parents were told there was no parking available and had to park 20 minute walk away. Room 11 is 6 flights of stairs and on check in my parents reported an external wall in the room was soaking wet and the room stank due to the damp wall, this was reported immediately and they were told maintenance would attend but no one did during their two night stay. Room 11 also has no that opens only a fire door the room was unbearably hot during the night.

Very good no problems

Great location for all locations/attractions. Room with sea view. Was booked with car parking but this is not guaranteed although plenty of roadside parking. The children loved it and the bunk beds!
4.6
We really enjoyed our stay. All we needed in our room. Comfy bed. Breakfast amazing, couldn't have provided any more than was on offer.
4.6
The hotel is clean and tidy with great staff and in a great location.

I had booked a junior double room for 2 nights with Expedia but wanted an extra night so i rang the hotel and they were happy to offer an extra night but when i looked at the confirmation it was for a small double? When i enquired about this i was told they we're basically the same room , but when we entered the room they definitely didn't look the same!!! Its one of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in the shower was honestly soooooo small I'm not slight but i honestly could not bend down to wash my feet ( i opened the shower door to wash them) i was so dissapointed as it was my wife's birthday and the pictures looked nice on website but don't reflect the dated tired hotel we paid £278 for 3 nights B and B the breakfast was amazing but i urge somebody look at how some hotels are using photos from the past to get people in they should be made to update photos more regularly, we love llandudno and we found a newly refurbished hotel that is more 5 star that was about £60 more for the 3 nights the Lawton Court Hotel is more 2 star ... i would definitely avoid not value for money.

We've just returned from a lovely, 2 night stay here.
The location is fantastic, right on the beach, opposite the pier and just a 5-10 minute walk into town. Approximately 15 minutes from the train station.
The staff were all lovely and very helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfasts were hearty. Full English then some! Cereal, fruit, pastries, yogurts, ham, cheeses etc.
Rooms were cosy and comfortable yet spacious. The bed was comfy and the shower was great.
It's an old property but modernised although there is no lift nor ramp.
We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous, welcoming, helpful staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Great location. Quiet but central and with lovely sea views. The breakfast was excellent.
4.6
Great location. Very welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Downside was too many steps to get to our room which was on the top floor. This would not stop us from booking this hotel again. We would request a room on a lower floor.
4.6
Lovely staff. Very clean room and communal areas. Amazing breakfast with excellent portions and fantastic choice. Location couldn’t be better. Our experience was superb and would recommend to couples, families or anyone. Thank you!
4.6
Very helpful staff, especially Justin and Matthew. Lovely breakfast too.

Good B&B. Great location. Great breakfast. Parking is a challenge. I'd stay there again.
4.6
Absolutely amazing helpful staff! Very short stay at extremely short notice due to being let down by another hotel. Immaculately clean breakfast amazing something for everyone beautiful view from our window of the promenade and sea front.
If I had to pick a negative and this is the only thing no lift and stairs to rooms which may put some people off other than that 5* thankyou

The two main issues we ran into was the shower pressure was all over the place. My wife had a head full of shampoo and the water pressure stopped completely for 10 seconds, then it came back on. It did the same thing to me 15 minutes later. The room also started to smell of chip oil from the kitchen I would assume. It was so strong, we had to open the window. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Fix those two problems and it will be much improved. Unfortunately we tend to remember the bad over the good.

Fantastic property with great facilities. Staff were attentive and breakfast options were excellent. Thanks

What a lovely Central Hotel facing the pier, the bed was so comfortable and everywhere was very clean. Coffee, tea, biscuits & chocolates in the room.
The breakfast was amazing with good quality bacon & sausage.
We was in the family room at the top of the hotel and the only downside was there's no lift but overhaul this hotel is fabulous. Staff are lovely and do a fantastic job. Thankyou

Very welcoming hotel in a very good position

Good value for money excellent breakfast.

On early arrival at property was able to leave luggage which was in our room when we checked in later. Also offered complimentary hot drink. Modern spotlessly clean bathroom. Good decor throughout. Comfortable bed with plenty of tea coffee etc.
Very good breakfast and was given a rasher of bacon when I asked for it with the salmon and poached eggs.
Good location opposite pier and promenade.
Would I go again? I intend to.
