A pleasant stay overall but the noice is unbearable at night.

- Hotel location was excellent very close to many attractions and there is bus station just 2 mins walk. - The area of the hotel is in Ortakoy which in 13 min from bebek and Taksim by bus. - We stayed in room 102 was spacious and bed was comfortable. - the housekeeping staff was nice, friendly and always wearing a smile. - Easy access to many areas.

- Noise level is high. The street is very lively at night - There is a night across the street, the music and beats can be heard from the hotel room. - Noise is not manageable for light sleepers. - On our last night they took the towels for cleaning and returned them on the next day. So we stayed without towels for a whole day. - Some simple requests the staff found it hard to meet like we had to ask for 1 fork and 1 knife. But they send it after we requested many times.

As a tourist who came to visit Istanbul for a few days, I regret to say that my experience at this hotel has been quite disappointing. The noise cancellation here is extremely inadequate, making it nearly impossible to get any proper sleep due to the constant street noise. Throughout the night, I found it challenging to rest at all. It's important to be aware that choosing to stay at this hotel might result in a sleepless night or, at best, minimal sleep closer to 6am. Furthermore, the hotel's room amenities don't match what's advertised in the booking description. There's no kitchen available in the rooms, and even basic items like plates are absent. To my surprise, even a cup of tea or coffee comes with an additional charge. I feel compelled to share that this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've encountered. It's my sincere recommendation to avoid booking this hotel, as I wouldn't want anyone else to have to endure the same unsatisfactory stay.

The location is excellent just across the street 5 minute walk to the Bosphorus. Concierge was excellent, very friendly, Osman answered all our questions,room was very nice,beds comfortable,view very nice The hotel actually exceeded our expectation We would give it 5 stars!

Highly recommend this hotel. One of Best

Perfect location. Easy access to all restaurants and coffee shops. Starbucks is 2 minutes walking distance. Staff is very very friendly. Mr. Jean is very helpful and nice person. Room was so wide and with comfortable sofa as well available. Sure we will stay again in future.

Great location and nice view from the ceiling window on top floor. Kind and helpful staff. The room had good design and modern lighting. There was well stocked mini bar, nespresso machine and electric kettle. Nearby there is a great place for food and drink called Beltas rest Cafe.

Nevv has a great location with lots of transport opportunities. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel near Ortakoy!

Fantastic staff

The staff were exceptional. Really friendly and helpful. Great location, near the Ortakoy water side bars, restaurants etc. Easy to get ferries and buses into the centre and across to the Asian side, as well as to go north up the Bosphorus to see a different side to the area.

Some small issues in our room. The bathroom lights stopped working altogether at one point, and lights were a bit odd in other places (some didn't seem to work when others were on etc). The bathroom door only closed when locked, but the lock was stiff so I was locked in at one point.

Pleasant

clean and tidy

location is good but the street where the hotel is located is very busy which makes it very difficult to access by car, and it gets really noisy at night and after midnight. they had reconstruction work in our floor which added to the noise, and we were not informed about it beforehand. for the amount you’re paying, you expect to get at least a few bottles of water in the room but instead, you get 2 small bottles..
