das Frühstück war in Ordnung und der Kaffee war gut. das Schwimmbad war zwar klein; war aber in Ordnung. die Hotelleitung hat eine Reklamation sehr freundlich bearbeitet

die Umgebung war weniger schön; da wir keinen Mietwagen hatten, war das ungünstig.

Great place to stay in hamilton

Beautiful place very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptio al.

My husband has walking issues and very slow, the garage handicap doors do not stay open long enough they almost knocked him down a few times, thr timer needs adjusting .

Love the location. Nice big rooms. TV awkward on the side but it did turn a bit.

Breakfast was OK; wish there were higher protein options and more complex bagels.

Pillows on the bed are small; hard to sit up and read at night with the configuration of the headboard and mattress and small pillows. Bed is a bit too firm.

Very enjoyable!

Breakfast was good. Coffee and Tea was nice and hot. Great choice of food. Comfortable seating.

Plastic cutlery wasn’t the greatest. Not very strong especially the knives.

It was a pleasant stay with many restaurants close by. We enjoyed the options.

Being new, the facility was very clean and up to date. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. I was impressed with the reception and follow-up.

Loved it.

The property was perfect. Better than hotels at higher classes as my room (single king bed) was quite big, big TV, an armchair with a small table and a desk. Everything that any traveller needs. Especially I liked John’s (front desk) approach and friendliness to clients. I will definitely will book my room from this hotel for my next stays in sha Allah.

My stay was great , I would definitely recommend your hotel.

I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member when I checked in. My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, their was a nice variety of food for breakfast each morning.

Boa opção de hospedagem em Hamilton.

Se trata de um novo hotel, portanto tem os beneficios das novas tecnologias, os quartos tem janelas com acionamento automático, camas confortaveis, um espaço para café da manha bem melhor estruturado que os outros hoteis da mesma rede.

Senti falta da agua e da maça que são dados em outros hoteis da mesma rede. As vagas para o estacionamento achei bem apertadas e com um custo bem alto, deveria já esta incluso na diária do hotel na minha opinião.

Convenient location for passing through.

Bed and pillows are comfy. Room clean and well decorated.

1. Breakfast was really NOT good. Coffee was really bad. We ended up went to a cafe breakfast right across the street 300 King West, where offer excellent coffee and breakfast. 2. Staff asked extra personal question to register us onto the Hilton website to be member without even asking or advising first. 3. A/C unit: the fan was loud and difficult to adjust to not having it right on our face when sleeping.

The Breakfast was great!

We did not figure out that the window in the room was not secured properly which made for a lot of road noise. We found that it was not secured properly and as a result it was noisier than what was expected. Once we found it in the moring we closed and latched the window properly.

Proximity to the city center

Located next to a construction zone, extremely noisy to take calls, Had an extra door inside the washroom to cover the construction work(as mentioned by the receptionist) which was not acceptable. Average breakfast

The breakfast was good. There was a nice variety of food. The hotel is beautiful. Our room had a nice view.

The location is not great. The area around the hotel is very old. The room was very dark. A bit more lighting would have been ideal.

Overall very enjoyable; all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly, open and helpful all the time. Gym was great, good variety of equipment. We liked the bathroom products in the pump bottles, especially the hand soap and lotion at the sink and the products in the shower - much cleaner and easy to use instead of a messy bar of soap. The restaurant didn't have gluten free bread options and once asked, they brought in a great variety of brown and white bread and bagels the very next day. Underground parking was clean and well lit The scent in the lobby, elevators, stairways and other areas was very pleasing, calming and refreshing The cleaning staff did a great job with cleaning our room every day, and they were very friendly and detailed.

The breakfast was very good, and the eggs were always done nicely. We liked the offerings of nuts, seeds and dried fruits available near the hot cereal area. There could be a few more fresh fruit options - they had oranges and apples and sometimes bananas.

It was perfectly fine except for breakfast

The pool was great, staff very friendly, comfy and clean room.

We couldn’t use the dryer because we didn’t have coins, the ATM didn’t work and we couldn’t charge it to the room. The only vegan options for breakfast were fruit and toast with peanut butter. There wasn’t a single plant based milk option. If there was oat milk, we could have had coffee and cereal at least.

Front staff was great room was nice and comfortable and clean

We had a late check put for noon, and house keeping came knocking at 1020, then attempted to open our door and enter 10 minutes later, not Impressed by this at all, was there for my bday and was looking forward to having a sleep in day

Clean hotel with lovely staff

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. They were exceptionally, kind, attentive and helpful. The facility is very new and very clean.

The continental breakfast was good but would have been better with non-dairy milk (soy or oat) for coffee and cereal and more hot vegan options (hash browns, vegan sausage).

Staff were not knowledgeable or willing to go above and beyond to help or answer questions. Terrible communication about rates, promotions, and parking fees. The parking garage had NO signage which lead me to driving in circles to find a spot, and again to find the exit in the morning. I almost missed breakfast because it was never communicated to me when it was over. They made errors in charging my card and re-charged it twice when I asked them to change the card on file. They were also understaffed and it took me over 20 minutes to check in AND out.

Room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable

The underground parking exit wasn't indicated, there was no sign for exit anywhere, I found it because the light shined through the open garage door. From the underground parking, to go back into the hotel you have to go through 2 doors, the second door, closest the the elevator doesn't open. You end up outside the hotel if you take the stairs,

Very good

The location is good, easy access to the highways I used.

Breakfast was the weak point, a lot of disorganization, dirty place and lack of food, observing the area the hotel had two people working in the kitchen and they were not able to replace the food, clean the place and do the work in the kitchen , I gave up and left without having breakfast.

Room 702 - We were the first guest in that room. Smells great!

wow, where to start Garage door remains open overnight leaving me concerned over the junkies walking around outside & able to access your parking garage and vehicles inside it. Tried to take a shower and close the door for privacy and the door was unable to close because it was installed incorrectly, tried to hang a towel on the wall so I can access it after my shower to find the hooks uninstalled and left-on the counter waiting to be hung up I tried to use the sink and plug it, but there is a screw where the water goes down, so I was unable to fill it with water. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were worse when you lay down on that uncomfortable bed . I tried to put some drinks in the refrigerator and after an hour I went to get them and realize that the fridge wasn’t plugged in and when I tried to open the door, the fridge isn’t level and rocks back-and-forth. After that awful night we happen to go down for the breakfast to find a lineup of 15+ people waiting for food that seem to never come. the garbage cans we’re overflowing , the staff was super slow unhelpful and you couldn’t even get milk or coffee out fast enough how could a fancy hotel such as yours not have a simple thing like a coffee machine that we can enjoy a nice coffee instead of that bitter coffee that wasn’t even accessible multiple people complaining it was an awful experience
