Per un soggiorno di una o due notti adeguata struttura anche nel prezzo.

Gentili nel ricevere, la possibilità in autonomia di accedere alla struttura, la buona posizione.

Piccoli accorgimenti nelle stanze....(Bicchiere anche di carta o plastica x il bollitore, controllare lo scarico dei servizi (doccia , lavandino).

Clean place for modest traveller,good for 1 night

Near the Termini station.

Once you find the building, everything worked. The room was aged, odd colours and furniture, lamp domes strangely dirty. Clean room, clean bathroom and toiletries available.

Suficiente

La atención del personal en recepción fue muy buena. La habitación económica era pequeña pero bien atendida, suficiente para pasar la noche, y dejar guardado el equipaje. Muy bien ubicada a 2 cuadras de la estación de Termini.

Not a good worth of money

The reception guy tried to be kind -They give complimentary water

-The location is not clear and you will struggle till you finally find it as it's in a shared building with another hotels and the hotel name is Hand written with a red marker. -They said clearly that they don't guarantee if anything happens to your bags in the concierge if you need to keep it, as it's a "free service" as mentioned by the receptionist. They only keep it aside in the restaurant on a chair with no eyes even keeping it. -Room is soo small and no space for the clothes.

Na plus, że podczas całego pobytu poruszaliśmy się wszędzie na pieszo, najdalej Watykan - ok. 5 km.

Bezpośrednia okolica nieciekawa -jak to przy dworcach w dużych miastach. Brak okna, a raczej okno zaklejone biała folią. Pewnie ze względu na fakt, że wychodziło na wewnętrzny dziedziniec pełen kubłow na śmieci. Wystrój - ciągle zachodze w głowę czy ściany były pomalowane celowo w jakieś "maziaje " czy były brudne. Jeżeli jedziesz do Rzymu to nie po to żeby spędzać czas w hotelu, niemniej nawet te kilka godzin dziennie w tym ponurym pokoju działał na mnie przygnębiająco.

Decepcionante

En recepción pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje antes de coger el vuelo de regreso a nuestra ciudad para explorar la ciudad sin tener que llevar el equipaje encima. También nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes de la hora.

La limpieza en el baño de la habitación es deplorable por no decir inexistente. Nunca vi una ducha con tanto hongo en los azulejos, al rededor de la ducha, en el inodoro, en el suelo. El baño olía demasiado a humedad. Éramos 4 personas y solamente nos dieron 1 rollo de papel higiénico para 2 noches. Nuestra habitación no tenía ventilador/aire acondicionado. Nada. Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta para evitar el calor pero por el excesivo ruido de la calle a altas horas de la mañana tuvimos que cerrarla de nuevo y pasar calor. No volveríamos a alojarnos en este hotel.

Near Termini station, but not recommended

The hotel is located near Rome Termini train station. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating.

When we arrived they had no record of our stay in the hotel, so after some waiting they decided to place us into a nearby sister hotel. The hotels were of similar quality. The room we received was tidy enough but after the first night we discovered that lots of ants were entering the room through a gap under the wall. We asked the reception for assistance and they gave us a bottle of disinfectant to spray in the area. After this situation and not having our booking upon arrival we decided to leave and stay in a nicer hotel after only 1 night.

Bonne situation et confortable, mais problème d'eau chaude.

Lits très spacieux et confortables. La salle de bains est spacieuse. La chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure, donc très au calme. Bonne isolation aussi de l'immeuble, donc très reposant.

Pas d'eau chaude pendant les 2 premières nuits et mauvaise réactivité du personnel à notre problème; il a fallu demander un changement de chambre pour enfin obtenir de l'eau chaude dans notre chambre initiale. Le personnel n'était pas très sympathique et a pris à la légère ce problème.

- La smart TV. - Ubicación céntrica. - Baño privado. - Cama cómoda. - Los recepcionistas hablan inglés. - Ofrecen dos botellas de agua gratis, una con gas y otra sin.

- Ducha solamente acoplada a la pared, sin manguera de ducha. - No aceptan visitas. Cualquier persona que entre al hotel debe pagar la tasa de 5 euros por noche y registrarse aún que no se quede la noche.

For no frills and on a budget, this is your first choice.

OK, I was looking for a budget hotel near the station as was travelling with my son. Anyone who knows Rome will tell you its not the cleanest district but for value and location its the best. This is not a hotel for honeymooners or someone treating the wife, your next location would be the divorce court. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff couldn't be more helpful and you won't find a better shower anywhere in the world. Also Rome is a notoriously noisy city with sirens going non stop but with the windows and shutters closed we both enjoyed a good night's sleep after a day of taking in all the sights that Rome had to offer. If you're looking for a no frills budget way to see Rome the positano is ideal !

Good for just a place to sleep.

The location is great! Right by to the train and metro station, good neighbourhood. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The building is very old and the rooms need an upgrade and care. There was mould on the ceiling, wall and bathroom, you can smell it strongly. There were stains on the walls, we found makeup-stained towels as well.

Muy recomendable

La ubicación era estupenda, muy bien conectado con transporte público y buenas rutas a pie. La habitación estaba muy bien, la cama era muy cómoda y el personal muy atento.

Lo único que la ducha era un poco incómoda, ya que era alcachofa fija que no se movía y no podíamos ducharnos fácilmente.
