The Space:
CONSTRUCTION SPECIAL PRICING EXTENDED THROUGH THE END OF OCTOBER! Prices have been reduced 25% while we build our outdoor pool in the back yard! The quality of your stay shouldn't be greatly affected but due to the potential for construction noise and debris throughout the months of August, September, and October we're offering guests a 25% discount for stays of any duration in these months.

Indulge in the serenity of our two separate kitchen and living areas, providing ample space for families and groups to unwind in style. Whip up culinary delights in our fully equipped kitchens, featuring sleek granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. Retreat to one of the plush bedrooms for restful nights, lulled by the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entirety of the home and one garage bay during their stay (there is an owner's closet and one garage bay is reserved for the owners as well).

Explore the vibrant flavors of Perdido Key at nearby acclaimed restaurants such as Perdido Key Breakfast Club, The Jellyfish Bar, and The Fish Taco Truck. Feel the tranquility of Perdido Key State Park enveloping you as you lounge by the sparkling pool, take a leisurely stroll along the powdery sands, or embark on thrilling water activities such as paddleboarding and snorkeling.

With convenient access to local attractions, dining, and shopping, Perdido Key Oasis offers the perfect blend of tranquility and excitement for your beach vacation. Important Information Before You Book:

We're excited to host you! PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU'LL NEED TO SIGN OUR HOUSE RULES AND SUPPLEMENTAL RENTAL AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING. SIGNATURES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE RESERVATION (OR 4 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER). If you have any concerns about this, feel free to book a different property. If you review the documents and decide it's not for you, we'll happily cancel your reservation free of charge.

Also note: before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party health and safety partner, Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing our guests, neighbors, and our properties with important financial protection. Within this verification process you will be given the choice between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. If you choose to go the non-refundable damage waiver route, the payment is remitted directly to Superhog and is payable in ADDITION to the pricing shown at the time of booking. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please be sure to complete the Superhog verification process prior to arriving at the property so that we can facilitate a quick and easy check-in process.

A few things we kindly ask of our guests:

1) Read through the property description and details in the booking application before you book and check-in.
2) Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the photos of the property.
3) Spend a few minutes to read and understand the House Rules and Rental Agreement - make sure your group gets a copy as well.
4) Keep an eye out for our messages with important instructions and details to make your stay comfortable. A simple "got it" in response is perfect!

The pool is heated from the months of March-November. With advance notice, we can heat the pool in winter months for an additional fee (dependent on length of stay) to be agreed prior to booking. Pool & hot tub hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM year round.

Check yourself in with keypad entry. I will be available to answer any questions or concerns you have during your stay, 24/7/365. I manage this property remotely but have assembled a team of professionals that can address most any deficiency imaginable. Your comfort is our #1 goal.
