About this house rental
Game room complete with multiple arcade games and smart projector and popcorn machine, poker and board game room, puzzle tower, heated pool, hot tub, and wood burning fire pit give everyone plenty to do. Home is 7200 square feet, 7 acres, two dining rooms, and a full kitchen give large groups/families plenty of space.
This cozy home includes access to a community pond and playground. Enjoy the beautiful scenery at the pond, just a few steps away from the home's main road entrance. Catch and release fishing is permitted, and you can even bring your own kayak or paddle boat. Spend a day outdoors amongst nature and then relax in the comfort of the home. It's an ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax and take in the beauty of the great outdoors.
Bed count/layout: Left wing has a loft space with 3 twin beds, and then off that room is a second small bedroom with 2 additional twin beds, this is more of a loft with no doors. First floor has a master with king bed and crib. Right wing second floor; three bedrooms each with a queen bed and 1 shared full bathroom. Third floor again is a loft space, no doors, 5 twins.
**Heated pool stays open until outdoor temps drop below 35 degrees. We do our best to keep our pool open as late as we can each season and open as early as possible, however this is entirely weather dependent. Pool heaters will not run when outside temps drop below 35 (overnight).**
