Strategic location to places of interest, kitchen appliances and delicious coffee, rooftop, etc
No parking.

I enjoyed the comfort of the unit, it had everything listed on the website. I especially liked the comfort of the bed and couch, and I appreciated the included soap and shampoo. This unit also has a full kitchen, an iron and a balcony which was nice.
I would have appreciated some basic spices such as salt/pepper, hot sauce, ketchup/mustard etc. I also didn't end up using the balcony as there was a lot of noise from the construction across the road, and the balcony lacked a good view.

Very comfortable and quiet accommodations. Walking distance to King Station, Lumen, T-Mobile, and the waterfront. Many choices of restaurants, galleries and sightseeing activities in Pioneer Square.
Just confused about having dishwasher soap cubes available, but no dishwasher? Was fine washing dishes by hand.

Beautiful design and very functional rooms and great amenities. The features like the phone key and rooftop patio and shared laundry all worked really well. It was easy to keep the room a perfect temperature even with big changes in weather.
There are no staff around, so it feels a bit more like an apartment building. Daily room cleaning doesn't happen unless you request it. I didn't need any assistance or attention but sometimes it felt less secure than a hotel with a reception team and cleaners in the halls.

I loved this place. Fantastic location in old part of Seattle very near to center. Lots of character in the building and neighborhood. Stayed several weeks for medical care and was a perfect studio with decent enough kitchen for uncomplicated meals. Loved it.

Beautifully renovated property in historic building. It’s a vibe! Great facilities such as a laundry room and roof terrace.
The room was thoughtfully equipped, clean and the handwritten welcome note was a super lovely touch! The location is great, super close to train station and Downtown. I would consider to stay again.
The only point of criticism is the noise. Unfortunately you hear every footstep from above, which is particularly disturbing when it occurs above the bed, as you sleep so close to the ceiling. However it’s manageable as it’s not constantly.
Then there’s a construction side next to the building where heavy machinery is used Monday to Saturday from 6:20am to 8pm. I would have loved to sleep a little longer and used noise cancelling headphones to work. Gladly this is temporary but probably a thing to consider especially for guests that intend to stay for leisure or plan to work in the apartment.
There is a white noise Maschine and ear plugs provided, which is very much appreciated but doesn’t do the trick unfortunately.

Gorgeous design. Comfortable room. Good location, near the coast, somewhat walkable to downtown (Pike).
1) My check-in was a bit problematic. The elevator wasn’t working, and because there’s no on-site person who works there, none of the online staff knew what was going on. I didn’t want to lug my bag up 4 flights of stairs, which I eventually did. 2) There was construction going on at a nearby building that began at 630am every morning, which was loud, so I didn’t exactly have a pleasant stay.

The little apartment had the perfect usage of a smaller area. Everything was set up in a smart way. It was super clean and super functional. Very nice kitchen set up and they even left a personal note and responded to messages.

I loved the homie feeling and how cozy it was. Its pretty close to everything. You can literally walk everywhere. Yeah, don't have parking but its pretty easy to find street parking. Plus after 6pm you don't have to pay for parking till 8am on Occidental street which is where the place is at. And not to forget the warm welcome greeting card with our names in it!

We loved that it was just a block away from the football stadium, so it was extremely convenient for the purpose of our trip. The loft bed was a unique and fun experience. We would stay again.
Parking is my only complaint. I did not like that parking was not provided. Street parking closest to building was hard to come by. We ended up paying $70 (game day) for parking in the lot that Sonder suggested on their app…we also ended up moving our car after the game crowd cleared out to be closer to our room and because the lot was a little sketchy.

The building is VERY secure and I felt very safe! As a solo traveler that is very important to me. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. I appreciated the toaster in addition to the microwave & fridge/freezer (the welcome note was also a nice touch, esp for someone traveling alone like myself!). The loft design was unique and added an air of coziness! (I specifically look for something unique in a hotel bcuz I try to avoid typical, standard, boring hotel rooms. And seeing your loft style rooms in the pics before I booked really did it for me! 😉) I especially liked being on the 3rd floor so the loft bed was near the roof & I could clearly hear the rain falling which was very soothing! The RailSpur is only a couple blocks from Seattle's King Street train station, within easy walking distance, and that fit with my travel plans as well! I had a wonderful stay & was actually sorry I couldn't stay longer! I will definitely stay with you again in the future when my travels bring me to Seattle!
I want to mention that getting in the front door was a little frustrating as to the timing of entering the code & the door actually releasing. I had to retry it 4-5 times (every time I went out & came back) before I actually got the door to open. So maybe it needs a little adjustment? The only other comment /recommendation I have is in regards to getting onto the bed in the loft. I am a short person and the bed is rather high. It would have been helpful to have a step stool in the loft to help facilitate climbing onto the bed. But overall, everything was wonderful! Thank you!

Everything was great from location to amenities to cleanliness etc. I’d definitely stay here again.
These are really minor - if you have questions, you have to go through the chat function. Whilst friendly etc, sometimes you just want to be able to ask. Also, for that price, there should be daily cleaning. And the typing in the code several times to get to the room can get old.

Very clean and chic interior
The most uncomfortable bed- the sheets were extremely rough and felt like worn out sandpaper on my skin. The mattress was not very comfortable either. I didn’t sleep well. We could also hear the train that started chiming at 5am every 20 or so minutes.

The location is unmatched, close to sports fields, Pike Place, waterfront; we were able to walk everywhere.
Had a leak under the bathroom sink, but the staff was super quick and helpful to fix.
