Don’t be surprised if they ask you to pay twice

I paid the full amount in advance. They wanted me to pay AGAIN. I refused to make a second $900 payment so they didn’t check us in. I want my refund!

Perfect place to stay with luxuries without as high a price tag

Everything was very clean and they provide everything you could want or think to need available.

Very small driveway area so things got quite congested at checkout time.

Lovely hosts.

Clean nice rooms with good bed for child.

Pike street from the hotel to the market the unhoused population is significant. Which is sad first of all and we have so much empathy. But I the streets were filthy and stinky and people were shooting you and smoking drugs openly everywhere and then just hanging out. Puke and other unnamed substances. It was grosss. But the hotel itself can’t control. Just good to know.

Highly recommend to stay at Grand Hyatt Seattle.

Very convenient location. Only walk distance to Pike Place Market. Nice water view, with comfortable bed !

Self parking is available but very expensive !

Pleasant stay

A convenient walk to Pike Market, a Starbucks inside the hotel, and staff who were very accommodating.

Comfortable stay at a great location

Room was spacious and comfortable with huge bathroom. Complimentary bottles of water. Room slippers were provided upon request. Location was central and walking distance to attractions

No drop off box for checkout so had to queue

Loved it. Thought the pet stay was a bit pricey but Would highly recommend without question.

This hotel was highly rated by my son ( he has stayed many times) .. so I booked it and was not disappointed! Also they kindly accommodated us with an earlier check in.. so nice one!!!

Could hear the shower or tub running in the room Next door…and the pet stay price was a bit steep but have to admit, glad they were pet friendly….a definite win for us

Comfort and hasslefree.

The location was central to all we wanted to see and close to any transportation we may have wanted to take. There are many food options within walking distance. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom, specifically the shower - amazing. The staff were helpful and quick to offer assistance.

Beautiful accommodations and super-convenient location.

Top notch location and exceptional accommodations. The front desk upgraded me to the 30th floor with a view of Pike Place Market and North Lake. Beautiful.

This isn't cheap by any stretch.

Overall great experience, just be prepared to spend lots of money.

Very well located, a lot to do in walking distance. Staff was very friendly, and club access breakfast is amazing.

The valet isn’t included with the stay, and costed $58 a night.

The people at parking dud not want to lets parks because of the Taylor swift concert....until I told them it was my Anniversary with my wife they finally agreed to let me park at the hotel.

It was beautiful. The rooms were gorgeous. I liked that you had to use your room key to go up the elevators; extra safety.

Generally a nice place to stay with a central location to pikes market, downtown, and capitol hill.

Rooms were good sized and bathroom tub was one of the best we've stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful. Starbucks was in the building to get coffee when you wanted it.

Missed room service the first day. We missed the private toilet setup (water closet) with the toilet in the main area of the bathroom.

Perfect from check in to check out and every detail in between

Room was incredible. Amazing view. Huge space. Luxurious bathroom. Huge soaking tub with a bath bomb. Cozy room in all aspects. . Amazing value. I want to stay here again and again! Will be a frequent repeat guest. 10/10 would recommend.

Next trip to Seattle, this is the place I will choose.

The room was exceptional, the room service first class, the menu met my needs and delivery was prompt. The staff was so friendly - every day as I left and returned from a harried day, they treated me as a welcome guest.All around it was great. Also, It is within walking distance of the train to the airport ($3.00 train instead of $40 taxi) plus it was near the Convention Center, good restaurants, movie houses, and the Paramount Theatre.

Disappointing

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

Couch was so uncomfortable. The constant tipping was obnoxious. We paid for a suite and valet and were expected to tip on top of the upgraded charges. We didn’t bring a lot of cash, just planned to use our card. This was super frustrating and ate up all of our cash. Also it was an added chore that got cumbersome. Ridiculous.
