Got there on wed 5/17/23. Cabin was clean and yard perfect. Other cabins empty, so it was all to ourselves until Friday afternoon. Other renters showed up and we're quite and respectful. We stayed til Sunday morning and have absolutely no complaints about our stay. The contract people were extremely helpful and friendly. I Do Definitely Recommend staying here and will book another stay for myself in the future.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The owners were so gracious to help us get in our cabin a little early, when we miscalculated the time difference. They had quick and accurate communication.
The cabin was perfect, stocked with everything we could need. We loved playing on the front porch, which had a nice gate to keep kids in and safe.
Out of all of the parks and tours we did, this cabin property was our favorite. We have three kids and can only handle being out in structured settings for so long. Letting them run around on the property and hiking to the waterfall and cave was the best! The views of the hills and cows at sunset were gorgeous!

We loved everything about this. The place was perfect for families. Our kids loved playing outside and visiting the local cave. We were also able to drive to mammoth cave for day hikes and it was about 40 minutes away. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to visit Mammoth Cave.

Our stay at the cabin was relaxing, refreshing and peaceful.
Sunrise and sunset is breathtaking as the lake is clear as glass refecting the beautiful scenery.
Everything needed for all ages. I loved the thoughtful gestures like the soft fox stool, the kids table and chairs with games and puzzles, the animal pillows to make the kids smile.
My grandchildren loved the loft for playtime and sleeping.
My family and I hiked to the waterfall/ cave, climbed on the rocks, fished off the private dock, roasted hotdogs and marshmellows for smores.
There wereTV's in bedrooms but they were off except to watch the football game.
Wonderful hosts and communication was prompt and over the top!!

I loved this place. The cabin is gorgeous and well furnished with tons of space. On top of that, the owners gave us their phone number to text them if we needed anything and they responded so quickly. They were even over with what we needed in less than 10 minutes. This place was worth every penny.

Lovely cabin. Efficient quarters, but just enough space for 4. Beds were comfortable and a/c was perfect for hot days. We enjoyed eating dinner at the bar. No dining table, but room for 2 adults and 2 kids at bar. Others would need to sit on the couch or 2 other chairs. Would definitely prefer this cabin #9 or #10 for location and quiet. Really enjoyed the walk to the cave on the property. Also a “waterfall” but just a trickle during our stay. Still very unique and quiet since
Only resort guests are allowed. Location was remote, but peaceful and we didn’t really mind the drive. Bring your own muffin tin or stock pot for soup. Definitely make sure you come prepared with food and firewood…and fishing poles and life vests. Kids easily caught several fish each night- catch and release only. A few little touches really made this stay stand out- very nice washer/dryer and pods provided; bath towels were large and soft microfiber; chairs on the deck; each cabin has their own private dock with swim ladder; remote controlled a/c; small loft for kids to play/read; toddler size table with puzzle, large closets in bedrooms, etc. Pleasant and memorable stay.

My wife and I rented the property with our 8 year old daughter for a spring break trip to Mammoth Cave. The property is relatively close to the cave and was very convenient and is very nice and well laid out. It was a little too cold in April to do any swimming or kayaking but we hope to be back again in warmer weather to enjoy everythign even more.

Very nice condo. very nice place for long weekend trip. Kids got disappointed a little as they could not catch any fish despite spending few hours daily.
Our family enjoyed the stay.

My husband and I have stayed at this resort many times, without disappointment. The cabin is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and extremely clean. The cabin is fully stocked with kitchen essentials, and the hosts are wonderful people who take great pride in their resort and have created a family friendly atmosphere. The quiet mornings (with coffee) on the deck overlooking the lake are incredibly awesome. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to see the bald eagles.....a sight like no other! Spent a wonderful day hiking the grounds, which are readily marked and easy to follow. Take a hike down to the waterfall; it is truly breathtaking. We cannot wait to return.
