Centrally nestled in Southern Maine, this location offers unparalleled convenience, granting easy access to all points of interest. Less than 10 miles from your retreat, you'll be able to explore Orris Falls Conservation Area, Bruce Abbott Memorial Park, the Links at Outlook Golf Course, and Wonder Mountain Fun Park.
After a day filled with adventure, sit back and enjoy the home's open-concept living room, full kitchen, dining area, and mini theater room! This space is illuminated by the glow of twinkle lights and is the perfect space to spend special moments with the people who mean the most to you. Delicious dishes can be prepared with ease amongst the kitchen's granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample meal prep space. When you aren't utilizing this space, head for the large patio.
Follow the home's original wood finishes into each of the bedrooms. Adorned with soft linens and unique decor pieces - everyone is guaranteed to be satisfied with their sleeping quarters. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
It is not advised to wander past the bridge. The chicken coop on the property is locked and doesn't home chickens.
This home is located on a high-traffic road.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The Red Barn was huge and spacious and very well appointed. It provided a fantastic kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements and great, clean bathrooms. We definitely plan to book again.

Perfect! This used to be the old firehouse in Wells. It’s 15 minutes from Moody Beach and Kennebunkport. Half an hour to York Beaches. The whole family loved the property.

The whole family loved the Big Red Barn and there are good antique shops close by and nice beaches nearby also. The Barn is in a nice location and is plenty big enough for a large family and we would recommend this house to anyone

We loved how clean it was, so comfortable, spacious, the details of decorating were spectacular and the kitchen was amazing! Highly recommended I would stay here again!
