About this house rental
Situated on the southern end of private sandy Moody Beach, next to Ogunquit beach, this wonderful 5 bedroom year round open concept contemporary beach house has it all. Featuring large sun filled rooms with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from most every room, beautiful designer kitchen, granite counters, hardwood and tile floors, custom stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, master bedroom & bath and deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. Great parking, yet close to everything. You can walk the beach to Ogunquit village and all the area has to offer.

Our second year staying here. And it was perfect once again. The location/beach access is phenomenal. The large porch is perfect for sipping coffee in the AM. They have lots of beach chairs/toys/games to use during the stay.

Moody beach is unique, because property lines go all the way to the low tide line. This makes the experience of staying there that much more enjoyable.
The house is well equipped with everything for cooking, beach, games, etc.

Our week was just wonderful! The water was very swimmable, the weather mostly sunny, and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The little grandbabies loved the sand and beach toys we borrowed, and we all loved the beach umbrellas and boogie boards. Your place is amazing and well appointed. This was the third season that our family has stayed at this beautiful property. The addition of a second refrigerator in the garage is so terrific.....makes meal planning so much easier. The conversion of the garage into a game room will come in handy as the grandchildren grow up. Olivia is just wonderful and responsive. The property location is fantastic as we walked down the beach and into Ogunquit then continued to the Marginal Way. It's about 2 hours round trip by foot with a stop for an iced coffee in Perkins Cove. The dual porches are one of my favorite features of the home. It was a hot week so I would take the little ones to play on the front porch in the shade in the morning hours then head to the huge ocean front deck for a sunny afternoon on the water. My family cannot wait to return next year!

This is our 3rd year here and the house is perfect for 9 of us! Very spacious, well equipped and gave us both heat and air conditioning, which we needed for our week's stay! 2 Cool days required sitting by the fireplace, 3 perfect days with windows wide open for Ocean breezes and 2 A/C days for the almost 90 degree heat! Location couldn't be any better! Private beach and panoramic ocean views with plenty of deck space and shade from umbrellas on the hot days. Olivia and Patrick are perfect hosts, easy to reach and very attentive! We can't wait until next year to do it all over again! Thank you Olivia, for giving us such a great space to make memories!

This was the 2nd year with the same small retreat group. We love the house and the area, and love being able to wake up and walk out onto the beach! Olivia was extremely responsive to any questions we had. And we look forward to this new annual tradition!

This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. Olivia is the sweetest, most responsive and accommodating host anyone could ask for. I just adore her. The house is exactly as described and Olivia responds immediately to any questions or concerns. We are already looking forward to year five at "the Maine house".

The house and beach are the best locations! Short drive to all the restaurants and shops and far enough away for a quiet, peaceful stay. The house is beautiful and super clean. Everything you need is there for you. Long walks on the beach and beautiful sunrises all week! Wonderful vacation!

We had such a lovely time. It was my birthday - we celebrated! Having a place on the beach was amazing. The place was very clean, the owners were responsive if needed. The house had everything we needed for our stay - we enjoyed using the kitchen, playing at the beach, sitting inside looking at the beach! I highly recommend the house!

We had an amazing long weekend at this beautiful beach house. It has everything you could need or want. The house is spacious and clean. The beach is steps away from the back porch. It's the perfect location. Olivia is easy to communicate with and quick to reply. Hoping to be back again next year!

This is our third stay and it was amazing again. The entire house is so comfortable and the location is amazing. We were here during the storm and extreme high tide (which was quite the site to see).
The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the living/dining room space on the first floor is perfect for our family to gather.

The home is just as represented on Vrbo. It was well-stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Gorgeous location right on the beach with a spectacular view of the ocean! We enjoyed many long walks on the beach, fell asleep to the sound of the surf each night, and had a wonderful Christmas celebration with our adult children at a much-needed time when our own home was under construction. Although we really didn't have any problems while there, Olivia was very responsive on the few occasions we did contact her. Even though it was off-season, we still found some great hotels, bars and shopping nearby to entertain us. We would definitely recommend!

I stayed at the beach house with my brother and sister, all over 60 years old. It is so clean and clutter free. We loved having the beach right outside the door; we took lots of long walks and sat and watched the tide go in and out. It turned cold while we were there, and the house was warm throughout. Olivia was so prompt in responding to questions---with in 5 minutes. We're already made reservations to go again in the spring.

This was a dream house for our family celebration. The access to the beach, and the view of it from the house, or the porch, or the little garden patio is incredible. The spaces inside the house are really well designed for a group and the kitchen is super functional for cooking. Olivia was proactive in communicating and very responsive to any questions I had. We are all dreaming of going back.

This house worked out perfectly for our stay. We had a core group of two older couples for the week, and a weekend visit from our son, his significant other and our two grandsons (5 and 8). We mostly cooked in and just enjoyed the view and the location right on the beach. I've been coming to Moody for over 40 years and this past vacation was one of the best. There were a few initial hiccups with the house that were quickly fixed; with immediate response from the owner. Just FYI, there is now only one bedroom with bunkbeds in the lowest level of the house. My grandsons loved them. The other 4 bedrooms are all double beds. Already looking forward to next year.

This beach house, directly on Moody Beach, is beautiful! The house was lovely, clean, modern, and all the amenities one could need for a fun and relaxing time on the beach were provided! The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We thank them for sharing their lovely home with us!
The beach views are spectacular, and the front deck provides a wonderful area to relax and enjoy the view and grill your favorite meals! The natural setting of the house provides a wonderful beach feeling.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and I can’t say enough great things about it. The house has everything you could possibly want for the perfect family beach vacation. Chairs, umbrellas and beach toys abound. Having access to your own private beach feels like pure luxury. The deck is huge and perfect for al fresco dining. And the property owners are pros when it comes to communicating and making everything about your stay perfect. We love it here and always hate to leave. Until next time!

Family of 12 (4 couples and kids 14/12/10/1) stayed. House had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen/grill. Great deck/tables. Beachfront location was a blast. Close to restaurants, ice cream, breakfast places, golf, mini golf. We loved it. Will definitely come back.

We came back to 7 Ocean Avenue after having a wonderful stay last summer. The house suits our growing family so well. There is a reason why Olivia is a Premier Host……she stays in touch throughout the week so you are in very good hands. The proximity to Ogunquit and the view of the ocean can’t be beat! Olivia got back to me right away, on a couple of minor questions I had. EXCELLENT HOSTS!!! The house was VERY clean upon arrival and we had no problem checking in. This beach house exceed our expectations. All first level common living spaces and the 3 upper bedrooms allowed all in our party to have views of the ocean. Variety of outdoor seating from decks, to sheltered patio with Beach Rose bushes to the private beach was incredible. The level sand offered breathtaking expansive beach at low tide. Kitchen is very well equipped with all you would need for a larger group than ours. We would definitely return to this location. Communication with Olivia was excellent and we felt like guests.
