The hotel has no front desk. You were supposed to recieve a code to the door of your room on a sms prior to check in, but we did not recieve any. This service does not work if you have a foreign phone number. Ended up standing out in the cold for one hour before We recived a code

Fun and cute place to stay! Loved having a porch swing and having the Greenwoods restaurant near by. Will be back!

You can hear straight through the walls and for the price I wouldn't recommend it.

Family trip with a child. Rooms are clean and modern. No microwave in room.
Very responsive customer service via Text messages. Loved the stay.

Everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is not enough table space for either a laptop or bathroom items when getting ready.

No table or desk of any kind. Hard to work or eat.

Very cute property. We did have a challenge getting the air conditioning to work, but we were able to contact staff through text and they were able to help us get it going.

Unique property. very charming and clean rooms. the little porch w/ swing was great. Not sure how I feel about no front desk (virtual chk in and out) but this day and age I suppose its hard to find workers. Court yard is cozy with fire pit. The only negative was the curtain on the courtyard door didn't really cover the whole window, yikes. other than that Very pleased with our stay.

12 yr old granddaughter really like the upper bunk area!

Wow! What a wonderful stay! Super comfortable.

Room looked great but at the expense of practicality. Nowhere to put our things - just one luggage rack, no closet or drawers etc., no shelf space. 'curtains' had to be rolled up by hand & were difficult to handle - a four hand job! No staff, check in via code - sort of a combination between a hotel & Airbnb, combining the worst of the two. Nowhere to spread out, useless fridge-freezer since there is no kitchen, nobody to turn to when sugar packets or tissue runs out. Bedside lamps on the blink, not bright enough to read by. The list goes on. Everything looks attractive until one starts to actually live there. On the plus side good Wifi connection, nice restaurant next door. Pretty courtyard, not a dreary dark hallway as in many other hotels. But we would not stay there again.

We loved the decor. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was our window treatments did not fit the window and door 100% , therefore; it didn't feel completely private and light came through at night.

Such a great little hotel. Full of style and comfort, do yourself a favor and stay here. Great location to discover the mountain towns of Silverton, Ouray and Telluride.

Very clean rooms next door to the best restaurant in town. What more could I ask for?:)

The hot and cold water in the sink and shower did not work well. Could not turn off the reading lights by the bed without getting up and going to the door.

Liked the decor and courtyard, back porch with swing. Comfortable bed, wonderful view!
Did not like all lights all night, trash from previous visitors was still there, spiders on floor and in bed.

I come to this area frequently to service some long-time customers in town. I am not looking for a B&B experience, I need a comfortable room with decent amenities at a good rate. This place hits the mark for me. The place is brand new, and furnished in what I would refer to as "Comfortably Spartan". Not a lot of furnishings, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Nice walk-in shower, I really appreciated that. The heat is quiet and very efficient. The bed is amazing and comfortable. There was no desk or chair in the room, nor was there a reading chair, so, sitting on the bed to do my email and catch up on reading worked out just fine. The check-in is via text messaging with a combination door lock to get in, it worked perfectly. And next door is a great restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner called Greenwood's. Very convenient, very good food, their breakfast grits are amazing, as is their smashburger for dinner. I will stay here again and again as this is exactly the type of place I need when I'm in town working. Convenient location, quiet, pleasant, clean, and modern. I loved staying here.

Absolutely loved our stay and the perfect set up! The walls are a bit thin and close quarters with your neighbors but we’ll certainly be back.

WE stayed here after a trip to the backcountry. The electronic instructions were spot on.The space is beautiful, spotless and tastefully designed. We had an EXCELLENT dinner next door at resturaunt Greenwoods. The constructive commments I would make is please have coffee available in the rooms (not just tea) and the sound travels through the adjoing walls VERY easily. I could hear full conversations and even a sneeze from the next door neighbors. I would stay here again.

I had a king patio room. It was so adorably decorated. Comfy bed too. Will stay here again and again.

The only complaint I have is the blinds. You could see inside. Everything was clean, well arranged and it is a very unique hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much.

What a fantastic find! Everything is new and unique! Every detail has been thought out. The decor is so cool! I was thrilled to find this quaint stay and have recommended it already to multiple friends. The owners are very responsive and communicate well!

Unfortunately the design and execution of the makeover of a small boutique shopping center to a hotel has some flaws. While the rooms are spacious, very light and quite nicely appointed, particularly the easy chairs in #9, the functionality of the sink/basin leaves something to be desired. And the walls don’t have sufficient insulation to prevent the conversation from the adjoining room to be heard. Generally though the hotel is welcoming and feels quite safe.
