Terrible Stay - The house were dirty, there were no amenities, flooding - Vry Bad!

Location was decent

- The upstairs room was completely flooded with water on the floor that had seeped into the carpet - upon further discussion with the agent we cleaned the water up OURSELVES - The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was on the floor when we got to the property - The clothes hanger in the downstairs bathroom was broken when we got the property - The upstairs bathroom had a drainage issue the water was going down the drain too slowly - There were no amenities on the property such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, extra kitchen towels, handsoap, toilet paper - The fireplace in the lounge tripped while it was on and we haven't been able to use it since - The overall cleanliness of the property was TERRIBLE there were moth balls and dirt under the bed, the bathroom floors were stained the kitchen equipment was not cleaned from previous use Please take these factors into account as it made our stay very uncomfortable We are hoping someone from the team reaches out to us to discuss compensation for the massive issues we have faced during our stay

Overall we made our stay as comfortable as we possibly could.

The property is located in a very nice quiet part of Vancouver

I notice a few things I found disappointing have already been mentioned. One tends to give these things the benefit of the doubt however when you get to the property and find that they are still similar issues then you wonder why one needs to give feed back. The first appearance of the apartment is beautiful, you feel right at home when you first walk in and look around. However it needs a good clean, the toilet brush(s) is disgusting, under the beds needs cleaning, sock found in sofa bed, bits of food left in the oven as when turned on to use the smoke set off the smoke alarms. Netflix is locked on the TV, Whilst watching TV, it keeps tripping the fuse box, this happened numerous times and was frustrating as when you turn the fuse box back on, it sets the general house alarm off with a light beeping sound which we had to google to turn off. Clear instructions need to be left for where to leave the trash,

Nice place, definitely worth the price.

Exactly as described, clean, stylish 2 bedroom apartment. Bed was comfortable, neighborhood was quiet but close to a business district with cafes and restaurants.

The only issue we had was that it smelled like someone had been cooking a curry in there all day. I actually like curry but the whole apartment smelled strongly of it, could have used some airing out before we got there.

Just amazing at first I thought I’m in the other room coz it’s elegant nice room clean and spacious we enjoyed

L’endroit était propre et confortable. Très tranquille.

Manque de détails afin d’accéder à l’endroit qui se trouve derrière la maison principale. Le WIFI est instable et le mot de passe est très long, ce qui décourage lorsqu’on se reconnecte. Aucun poste sur la télévision, juste les applications comme Netflix etc.
