80 Manor Villas has an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire, a double bedroom, a twin, and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, and a Smart TV for entertainment. Outside there is a front patio with picnic bench and off-road parking. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.7 miles and a pub on-site. Take to Cornwall by booking 80 Manor Villas. Please note: this property only accepts week-long Saturday-Saturday bookings in July-August. Any other time of year, the minimum number of nights bookable is 3.

In the summer months (May-Sep) the holiday park offers the following fun activities for children, teenagers and even adults : Slip and Slide, Mini Golf, Segway. Launderette facilities are available on the holiday park. Please be aware that we are not affiliated to Atlantic Reach therefore we do not have access to the swimming pools and gym facilities. Please note: this property only accepts week-long Saturday-Saturday bookings in July-August. Any other time of year, the minimum number of nights bookable is 3.

Spend a day at the National Surf Centre on Fistral beach, hit the shops in nearby Truro with its cathedral and cobbled streets or savour the atmosphere and experience of the tropical rainforest at the Eden Project (16 miles). There’s something for everyone in this great holiday area.
