About this house rental
Lakefront home for the whole family! Lake views from the main living area, deck and lower level. Porch swing, outdoor ping-pong, canoe, kayaks and more!
Comforters, blankets, sheets, pillows and bath towels are included. All beds are made prior to check-in, so you can walk in, put your things down and start relaxing.
**Friday to Friday rentals only during summer months**
MAIN LEVEL:
Great room with vaulted ceilings, large windows and three sets of sliding glass doors opening to the lakeside deck. Sectional sofa, kitchen open to living room, and dining table that seats 12. Large Smart TV. One full bath with shower/tub combination. Two bedrooms with one queen bed each. Laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.
UPPER LEVEL:
Master suite with king size bed. Full bath with separate shower and jetted bathtub.
LOWER LEVEL:
Walk-out basement with lake views. Large family room with Smart TV and foosball table. Table for playing cards and games. One full bath with shower/tub combination. One bedroom with queen bed. One bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (equal to four twins).
Other amenities: Pack-n-play. High chair,. Two crock pots. Board games and puzzles. Ceiling fans in every room (except bunk bed room)
OUTDOOR AREAS:
Screened in porch accessible from great room, front steps and back deck. Picnic table, ceiling fan and outdoor furniture for relaxing.
Lakeview deck accessible from main level sliding glass doors, and stairs to backyard. Outdoor dining table for six, outdoor seating and grill for cooking.
Outdoor porch under deck accessible from lower level. Picnic table for dining, crafts, etc. Outdoor ping pong table and porch swing.
Large slightly sloped yard down to water.
Dock with space for relaxing and sunbathing, four Adirondack chairs and one side table. Ramp may be used for swimming and person entry (at your own risk), but is NOT available for launching boats. There are a few public access ramps about ten minutes away. Graduated water levels to about 8 feet deep at end of the dock. Cleats on both sides of boathouse for docking.
Two single kayaks, one double kayak, and one canoe. Paddles provided, bring your own life jackets/PFDs.
