The Space:

The front door opens up into an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Living room has an electric fireplace. Home consists of the master ensuite (king bed) and private bath, guest suite #1 (queen bed) w/ full bathroom and guest bedroom #2 (queen bed). Home office is adjacent to the kitchen and leads to the backyard.

Our family of 5 stayed here 4 nights in Aug and sadly it was not the best experience. We arrived late after a 5-hr flight delay and upon entering the home, there were two large roaches in the kitchen area. Being from FL, we are no strangers to roaches and know that at times this happens. However, the next morning in broad daylight, there was another roach brazenly going for a food item on the counter. Then in the evening yet another in the master bedroom that crawled on my shoe as I was trying to get it. We saw nymphs too, which is indicative of a larger issue than just a few roaches that wandered into a home. Needless to say, seeing several roaches a day in the home made for an unpleasant experience. Aside from this, most of the upholstery was in need of cleaning. There were visible stains/soiled spots on the rug, dining room chairs, sofa, and bedroom throw pillows. Our teenagers, who tend to be less mindful of these things, were even commenting on the lack of cleanliness of the upholstered items. On a positive note, the property manager Renee was super responsive and validated our feelings about the situation. She indicated that pest service was scheduled the day of our departure to address the issue. She also agreed to reimburse the roach bait/spray I purchased. In the end, the owner agreed to refund one night, although I am still awaiting both refund checks in the mail as of this review. If these two main issues were fixed this house would be really great.

The house is clean and charming! I was worried about the surrounding neighborhood…looks a little run down, but the neighbors were friendly and I had no concerns during the stay. I felt very safe. I would stay again when in the area. The property was well appointed, great kitchen, nice appliances, had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very helpful and kind when we had a question. Great home!

My family stayed her together for my sons graduation from Parker university. The place was fabulous. Plenty of room for all adults and our dog had fun in the fenced in yard. Close to everything. Safe neighborhood

Property was clean and nicely renovated. We didn't have a problem with check in or issues with the property. It had a large, fenced backyard that made it east & worry-frew to let our small dogs out. Beds were comfortable.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The size of the home was perfect, and the location was ideal for our arrival (at Dallas Love Field) and for visiting family in the University Park area of Dallas during our June trip. Many thanks to Juanita for making this time possible (we had to postpone an earlier planned stay due to illness) and for her hospitality. The property is a "hidden gem" and we look forward to using it as our ongoing base of operations for returns to Big D. Blessings!

This home is absolutely beautiful as is the neighborhood. It's very peaceful and the neighbors are lovely. Located near everything and so cozy for my daughter and son in law to come visit and go out to dinner and shopping. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a great experience!!

The place was perfectly shown in the photos. The location was excellent. While close to Love Field, there was no airplane noise. Brought in food from Eatsy which made it especially easy. The owners were quick to respond and helpful .

We enjoyed our stay here. The trip did not go as planned but it would have been great for the 6 of us had the weather not turned on us. Wonderful yard for your dog, with a great location quick to get everywhere.

The location was so convenient for us, flying into Love Field. Juanita was amazing and so was her home. She couldn't have been more nice or accommodating. 10/10 recommend!

This house looked like it could have been on an episode on HGTV. Great location for our needs. It was very comfortable and we felt like it was our home away from home. Our fur babies felt right at home and enjoyed the large fenced back yard. The host was very attentive and we would most definitely stay again.

This house is so cute. Clearly remodeled recently and it had all the amenities. It was exactly what was advertised and it was never more than 10 miles to any attraction. It does say pet friendly (albeit we didn't have a pet) so there was some dog hair around the house, on the comforter and pillows in the bedroom and there was no vacuum to sweep up the hair available. I did use a lint roller on the comforter and the pillows which helped but aside from that it was perfect.

Pros: Nice place. recently refurbished. All new appliances. Comfortable beds. Would stay again. Cons: Need a broom and/or sweeper. We like to clean up after our selves. Living room furniture is the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on.
