This was totally run down and not like the photos.
Hot water did not work upstairs (which is master and majority of other rooms). Nothing complimentary such as basic dish soap or body soap.
Barely any dishes or common use utensils in kitchen or anywhere in house like most places for nightly rental…
Sketchy neighborhood.
Not good cleaning and as mention very run down. Broken bed frames in two of the rooms, coffee table was barely hanging on to last screw, shelves falling out of walls, etc….
For price and the way the pictures looked it was a disappointment and cleaning was not “cleaning” looked and felt sloppy and still dirty.
Only positive was easy check in & beds were comfy.

First off—there was not a piece of toilet paper on the property when we arrived nor was there bottled water. The neighborhood was trash. Across the street there appeared to have been an eviction with the residents contents on the curb—including a toilet. I told the owner about the toilet paper and they had some delivered, but no water. The iron did not work so we had to purchase a new one. The floor was sticky. Towels were dingy and sheets in the master had a hair on them. We had to purchase new sheets for that room. One night, there was an infestation of flying ants.
Listing looked nice online, but not in person. The neighborhood, while maybe moving toward gentrification, was not there yet and felt unsafe.
Would not recommend.
