Rooms were nice and clean, we needed three beds and that accommodated our needs perfectly. Rooms were clean, the TV was located in our room in a weird location made it a little uncomfortable to watch.

Decent place. Very close to Kluane National park

The area and setting are beautiful with the mountains so close. But the hotel felt dingy and rundown. Blankets and bedspreads were not clean. One of the locals told us NOT to eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel because people tend to get sick after eating there. They advised we eat down the street at the pub, which was excellent advice. We tried to sit on the deck outside our room to enjoy the views, but the hotel/restaurant staff and friends sat outside chain smoking, and the smell was so strong we had to go inside. There was a constant stream of local traffic driving up to the side door of the restaurant to buy cartons of alcohol. And at 6 am there was an excavator right behind the hotel that sounded like it was going to come right through our wall. On the bright side, town is walkable to the pub and the incredible bakery! But there are nicer hotels in town!

Room was clean. Awesome view from the room. Food in the restaurant was good. Wifi in the room pretty sketchy.

It was loud, no ac, bathrooms and walls were filthy, there was used soap packets in the shower. Just overall disgusting. The smoking section was right next to the rooms and due to no ac we had to leave the window open. The froklnt desk clerk was also the bar tender. Just not a good experience

This is rural Yukon, so bear that in mind. But the recently renovated motel rooms are clean and comfy, with a good size fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. If you only drink tea like me, best to bring a kettle and tea bags. The nice folks at the KPI restaurant gave us milk capsules each night so we didn't have to rely on the Coffee Mate in the room. The KPI is centrally located and it's hard to beat the view out the front window.

Great updates bathroom with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Room was small and could not connect to the WIFI

room was clean but people around not safe

We stayed 4 nights. The room was comfortable, quiet, and spacious for 2. The temperature was good. The linen and towels were clean. We wished there had been reading lamps and a little table. The bathroom floor cleaning was poor. The room "cleaners" did not leave coffee or an extra roll of toilet paper so we had to ask. The kitchenette did not have adequate dishes for 2 people to actually use the kitchenette. Bring your own camping dishes.

We stayed for 5 days and it was great here. It's quiet, the staff are amazing, and the mountain view absolutely breathtaking.
I dont want to be negative because it really was a nice stay but I work as a housekeeper so I always check for cleanliness, the rooms are clean but the remotes were disgusting. I used wipes and alcohol wipes to clean the remotes.
We also washed our laundry at their laundromat so we didn’t bring back dirty laundry. A wash is $4 & a dry for the smaller dryers is $5 and the huge dryer is $1 for 4 minutes.
As I stated, I am a housekeeper and I was so tempted to go look for a broom and mop to clean the washrooms, showers and laundry area.
We do want to go back here but I will be sure to have more alcohol wipes and maybe a duster.
The food was amazing and everything was nicely priced.

Very Nice Accomodations, Walk in shower was real nice.
The address was wrong, I had to go to a gas station to get the right address for the property. Their phone to the property did not work.
The actual Sign on the property was very small and difficult to read. Had I not talked to the Gas Station Owner, I would not have found the hotel.
Once there, all was good.

The building does not look like much which is typical from what I saw around but it was clean and comfortable. Not fancy but by far better than staying in a tent. I wouls stay here again.

I stayed at trips place about 20 years ago and it was fine, ow it just needs bulldozed. There was mold in the showers and bathroom. Some mold had been caulked over in the bathroom and could be seen showing through. The entire room was filthy. I pulled back the comforter and there was hair on the blanket. Locals were also partying and loud very late into the night in the hotel bar.

The staff was great! The room was small, but very nicely renovated. We appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was nice and modern with a wonderful shower!

Good for the location.

I got in VERY late due to car breaking down in no cell service location. The room was already paid, I woke the cook and manager up and felt terrible about it. They were so understanding and made it like it was no trouble. And they were sincerely concerned about my safety. (SUV was running correctly). The food is amazing too, had breakfast in am!! Large delicious portions!!

Lots of water pressure with hot water☺️. Very quiet, centrally located. The outside of the motel does not look great but inside it was fine.

First time staying in Haines Junction, but I very much enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the super cleanliness of the room. Good water pressure and water was hot and no issues with room being too hot or cold. Bed was very frim making sleep a little difficult but would defiantly stay here again

Location was key for this rental. Time of year (winter in the Yukon) is a very limiting option. Really fun bar downstairs.

Beautiful scenery plug in parking for vehicle, clean room.

The bar was great, and so was the bartender Monica. The room was not as warm as it could be, but it was -40 degrees outside.

This place is not great. They don't make up your room. There is mold in the bathroom. It is always very loud at the bar / restaurant. I would only stay here if there was no other option.

Check Dan late at night and had to go to the bar to get in! The cot we had in the room seem to be worn out! But after driving 12 hours anything would have worked
6.0
Main bed was extremely firm and slanted at an angle. Luckily there was a cot in the room that was much more comfortable.
