The larger towns of Torquay & Newton Abbot are approximately 9 miles away or a 15 minute drive. The main railway line in Teignmouth is just a 10 minute walk from Grand Banks and the M5 to Exeter is also within 15 minutes reach.

Grand Banks is located next to a west coast railway line so there is some noise from the trains during the day but the trains don’t run overnight. - Grand Banks is located next to a West coast railway line so there is some noise from the trains during the day. However, the trains do not run overnight. - This property includes a small welcome/starter pack to help you on your first day of arrival. This consists of 2 toilet rolls, washing up liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets (if applicable), a washing up cloth, sponge & tea towel and tea, coffee & milk sachets. Cupboard staples and any other extras are not as standard therefore we recommend ensuring you have your own supplies of anything else required.
