The view from my room was spectacular and and the Albergo is very centrally located
I fully recommend staying here

This place is more like a B&B. Location is excellent, on water and walkable to everything. It is an old convent converted to B&B, there are no elevators. If you are not in an ocean view room then it is just an ordinary experience. We had the view and it was amazing.

Location was great, waterfront although our room didn’t have water views. Room was fine just needs some TLC.

Great stay in quiet part of Ortigia. Swimming spot nearby, quick walk to restaurants, bars & the busier parts of the area. Great breakfast provided & delightful staff. Thanks, we had an excellent time.

Cynthia, the manageress, is wonderful. Gave us advice about places to visit, restaurants, transport etc. David was also very good. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay.

A wonderful cool, clean and tidy property. Absolutely amazing staff with which nothing was too much bother to sort out.
A small rocky beach nearby was heaven and Syracuse is such a beautiful area.

This place is a dream! The location, the views and especially the people. The staff were all so nice and friendly. Such an accomodating hotel. We had a water view and could not get enough of the beauty that surrounded us. The hotel is beautiful. Beds perfect. and They cleaned the rooms daily. Would definitely return some day (from the USA)

A fabulous place to stay. Ortigia is easy to walk around and you’re not far from any of the historical sights. The bonus was the balcony overlooking the sea
Fabulous, friendly staff. Highly recommend 😊

Great location with sea views. The staff is welcoming and helpful.
There are a lot of stairs. Reception is one flight up and then rooms are another floor or two above that.

This was a lovely place to stay. Friendly people, high standards of cleanliness, and pretty cats occasionally visiting the corridors

Domus Mariae Albergó is a gem overlooking the sea in Ortigia. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the sea and the sounds and salt breeze were delightful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was at sister inn across the street Staff were very helpful. Location was close to sea wall but not far - a few minutes walk- from restaurants and shopping.

Perfect location with sea views. David was so charming and warm, as were all the staff. Adorable cats, beautiful, clean and perfectly appointed rooms. Cannot recommend it highly enough- and they give you 2 great pillows!

A gem, perfect in every aspect. Davide at the main desk made our stay even more memorable - thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful location. Small and cozy. The desk clerks were very friendly and spoke good English. The balcony of my room was practically above the water. Lovely surf sound.

The hotel is situated by the waterfront in Ortigia, ie the old (and nice!) part of Siracusa, with most of the main sights within easy walking distance. The ocean view was fantastic! The (English-speaking) owners/staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Parking was not too much of a problem for me, although the "allowed" spaces (along part of the waterfront) can fill up quickly. I did not have breakfast included, so I cannot comment on that. I stayed there for three nights and would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Siracusa.

Great location with an extremely hospitable and helpful staff. The ocean view was sublime. It was hard to leave!!

Centrally located and all in walking distance to everything in Ortigia. Breakfast was very haphazard and even though we pre ordered everything they ran out of what we asked for and half the breakfast never turned up. Cinzia was amazing and very helpful. It would be nice next time if there was enough change for the city on checking out next time.

Small charming and spotless.
Great location. Friendly helpful englis speaking staff.

Everything was perfect. The only thing what could be changed to eliminate the disposable plastic cups in the bathroom and use refillable soap- and shampoo bottles instead of the mini packs.
5.0
There is no elevator, if that makes a difference. It is at least on floor up to the rooms. The breakfast was full and very good.
