Villa Las Vistas de Rio Mar Cluster 6 is a unique 1 bedroom villa with 1 loft room accessible via stairs. Perfect for up to 5 guests. Situated inside the amazing Wyndham Rio Mar Grand Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
Its has one twin sofa bed and one queen air mattress.

Features tall ceilings, a comfortable and cozy living room, a beautiful modern kitchen overlooking the Rio Mar Grand golf course and ocean views. The villa has a small but perfect private terrace, great for morning coffees or cocktails before dinner.

THE BEDROOM:

This open concept 1 bedroom villa has a one of kind layout. It offers a 1 loft-style bedroom. The loft bedroom has a King size bed, 2 night standard, full drawer and plenty of closet space. This room has stairs that lead you to your king bed. The additional bed is an air mattress and also the couch can be used as a bed. The loft-style bedrooms are not recommended for the elderly.

Villa Las Vistas de Rio Mar Cluster 6 has a spacious, bright and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also access to the balcony from the living area located adjacent to the kitchen which you can open to allow the breeze in while cooking or enjoying a home-cooked meal.

We strongly recommend having your own vehicle as there is a multitude of activities within a 30-minute drive which you will not want to miss out on. Also, the Río Mar community is an extensive one which means that while the villa is located within the same grounds as the Wyndham resort, you will still need a car if you want to grab a meal at their various restaurants, go to the casino, or get to the tennis courts and golf course.
