Guests will have full access to all areas of 'The Extended Comfort NLR,' ensuring a comfortable and private extended stay. Both floors are open for use, including all four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two living areas, the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Whether you're upstairs cooking a family meal or downstairs catching up on laundry, the entire home is yours to enjoy. Feel free to make yourself at home and take advantage of all this spacious property has to offer.
Our guests have the option to request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. A fee of $35 will apply for each service. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this option so we can make sure to accommodate your request.
For construction crew that stays longer than 30 days, a bi-weekly cleaning is mandatory and included as an additional fee. This policy helps us ensure that the property remains clean and comfortable for all guests.
