We chose this property because the listing started with the word “upscale” and we loved the fact that it had 3,000 square feet. Laurenda was great at communication. However here is what you need to know. The house is DUSTY. My son’s allergies kicked in and he was actually crying because he couldn’t stop sneezing. I have pictures of the vents which are covered in dust. I was going to change the air filter at my expense but I couldn’t find it. This property needs a DEEP CLEAN. This property also accepts pets, however please note two things. The backyard fence is in a state of disrepair so your pets might get out and there are ticks all over the bushes in the backyard. When we got back to Dallas and noticed a tick crawling on my wife’s arm, we immediately went to the groomer to give our dogs a tick prevention bath and we pulled 19 ticks off of my golden retriever. Thank God for tick prevention medicine and shampoo. We spayed our clothes and our luggage with tick pesticide when we got back to Dallas. My family is still doing tick checks all over their bodies. Bottom line is this property is not upscale. It is dirty and the ticks make it unusable for anyone wanting to bring pets. Laurenda is the reason for. 2. Otherwise the property is a 1.

This house is only 12 minutes from midtown and is tucked away into a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book this next time we are in town!
