About this house rental
Summary:
Welcome to this adorable house on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Garden District! It can accommodate up to 18 guests. Our living room has a comfy sofa bed, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
With the convenience of a supermarket, great restaurants, and other nearby stores, you don’t have to worry about a thing! Our photos include professional and real-time images, so you know exactly what to expect. Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will climb a few stairs to the front door and use a digital keypad to enter. Enter into the beautiful and modern living room. This space offers comfortable accommodations during the day and can be used to sleep guests on the sofa bed at night. The fully-equipped kitchen and well-appointed dining room are through the living room.
Our home has four bedrooms and one open room we converted into an extra sleeping space. Note: The open/semi-private room does not have a door and is open to the laundry room and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms (both with two full beds) are upstairs, and so is one full bathroom. The additional two bedrooms and open room plus two full bathrooms are on the main level.
Outside, a BBQ and patio furniture is available for use!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our house is conveniently located in a residential area with easy access on major highways, interstates. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Alabama State University!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Our group of eight golfers stayed here when playing some area golf courses. The accommodations worked perfectly for our group. We would stay here again for future outings.
