Nice pool in the center. Loved the hospitality of all staff members at the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was really nice
Value wise it’s not worth it. It is 1/3 the price if booked via the right place such as via casino. Also, booking.com only has the most expensive rooms.
In room food delivery was a hit or miss.
The location is also at a place and have to rely on them to go to beach. The free buggy can be used once and is open from 7am to 7pm. They were nice to drop me once even outside that period. But this buggy option is not even mentioned on booking.com and no one talks about it.

This is the best hotel in North Goa! We explore lots of hotels from
South and also north but this hotel is only one we like the best. Worth the money. I like to go hotel where it is clean, good fresh smell even in lobbys and elevators. The pool also smells amazingly fresh. The room is also perfectly groomed. Wifi is great, there is smart tv, and some snacks for free.

Swimming pool and the swimming coach
Pathetic house keeping... The restaurant runs out of complimentary breakfast and no attempt to refill. Horrible management policy that the guests have to ask for things like toiletries...The approach road is just pathetic and gives you a slum-like feel... Exorbitant price for the facilities and standards. Doesn't go with the brand name at all.

Location was fine and it's was within walking distance from the main road. Breakfast was very good and it have various options to cater too. Complimentary drop off and pickup to nearest serenity beach was provided. Though we walked back from beach to hotel ourselves since we wanted to enjoy the cloudy weather and want to explore some shops in the market. overall it was very good experience.
Everything was good. Although jst a suggestion that Hotel may also consider something (like stands etc) for the sake of drying wet clothes.

To begin with this hotel is just a few months old. The interiors are plush and very luxurious. The staff was very courteous and Friendly especially the Front office Manager Mr. Shailendra Singh . We had booked 4 rooms and all of us had a Mini Bar full of soft drinks and beer absolutely free for ourselves. This was in addition to the chocolates and Chips packets kept on the house. The Breakfast was superb and the Sous Chef Miss Patel was personally interacting with the guests. There was also a EV Rickshaw to take us to the beach which is complimentary. The swimming pool was awesome and so was the massage spa.
It would have been nice if it was on the Beach but was compensated by the Rickshaw.

A new property in Candolim.
Nice quiet location, just a 15 mins walk to Candolim beach ⛱️.
The facilities are good and the staff is very courteous.
Had a memorable stay.
The breakfast spread could be a bit more

Coming to Astor Goa is one best decisions we could have made. The ambience here is great but the best here is the staff so friendly and helpful . My son lost his phone the hotel staff were instrumental finding the phone especially Shailendra and Anuj. Could not have asked for anything more !

Nice Spacious rooms
Noise from side room comes into my room. The rooms aren’t near sound proof.. the pathway leading to the lift is so narrow and feels claustrophobic. The road leading to the hotel is tricky.

The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, modern, excellent staff everywhere - reception, door persons, restaurant servers, pool staff, cleaners.
Breakfast was a huge spread which changed and dinner was Indian fusion with a flair. We had the opportunity to do the chef’s table - was a culinary experience.
We would return and highly recommend.
May be just the location but all of India is like this.

Very clean, great WiFi, brilliant staff, excellent food which does not cause Delhi belly. Very good pool
Needs a better gym, most people lift weights now, cardio not a big thing for most under 35s

Ambiance, food, staff, facilities are perfect.

Breakfast was good. We got two interconnected rooms giving a family of four a large space to use including two living rooms. Each room by themselves were modern, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable.
I invited family to a private dinner with catered food. While the food was good overall, a couple of dishes specially ordered did not meet my expectations.

What Stands out about the hotel is their hospitable Staff. That is the first thing which needs to be highlighted.
Reception staff: Shailendra, Srishti, Maria, Divvya were very prompt. We had requested for getting baby bottles sterilised around 11pm and they were prompt to send someone to take the bottles for sterilization.
We had used the buggy service provided by the hotel, Guddan Pandey and Rakesh were prompt to pick us up within minutes of making the call.
They had offered a Kokum welcome drink during check in, which we found very refreshing. They were happy to offer us plenty more. Whenever we went out in the sun , we came back and asked for the drink and they were happy to provide it.
F&b staff: Suhas, Rudra, Soubhagya, Sunil were very prompt in taking baby bottles for sterilization during busy breakfast hours
The chefs Pritz and Divyanshi were lovely too and had taken out time from their busy breakfast schedule to interact with us.
Housekeeping staff: Ratan,Sanish had thoughtfully made a penguin for our baby from towels, which was a cute gesture. They also cleaned the room twice which kept the room clean of the sand from our beach visits.
Pool staff: Sanjay and Arun were always around the pool for a friendly chit chat and promptly arranged towels and robes. On our day of checkout, we took a swim an hour before, they ensured our swimwear was dried and returned to us before checkout.
Hotel facilities: The room was good with living area and balcony, not usually seen in the entry level rooms
Baby friendly: A clean crib and bottle sterilization facilities were provided, which took a lot of stress off us.
Complimentary minibar was a surprise from the usual hotel practice of a paid minibar.
Complimentary high tea was great for eating snacks by the pool in evening
Complimentary Buggy ride to nearby market areas and beaches made it easy to commute with baby
Complimentary clothes drying (not washing, only drying) was useful in drying the plenty of baby clothes we had
My personal preference, (doesn't reflect the food in general) is crunchy Dosa and Medu wada. If for breakfast, they could be made crunchier, crunchier munchies like me would be happier
Although they provided a complimentary buggy ride to the Spa place, an in-house spa in hotel would be great
