Enjoy endless views of the Gulf of Mexico in this brand new, luxurious custom 3 story home in the Laguna Beach area of Panama City Beach. 6167 sq. ft-8 bedrooms, 8 1/2 bathrooms, sleeping 26 with heated Pool and Hot Tub, Covered Outdoor Entertainment Area featuring an Outdoor Kitchen, with a Built-in-Lynx Grill and Built-in Lynx Griddle, under counter fridge, Subzero and Wolf Appliances throughout the home and in the main kitchen, Custom bar entertainment area, drink refrigerators and Elevator j(for guest with disabilities) Bunk beds for the kids and King size beds for the adults will have you wishing you could stay longer. Enjoy direct access to the beach immediately across the street fro the home. Private Pool and Hot tub spa.

Pink Tequila was absolutely beautiful. It is a brand new build and had everything needed and more. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The views were fabulous and the backyard was amazing. There is a wonderful donut place a few houses down and the cutest grocery store close by! We will definitely stay again!

After years of going to AMI we decided to try the panhandle and after a lot of research our extended family (18) selected this house. It was fairly new and across the street from the beach. Pros: A short walk to the beach. All appliances were new and capable to handle this large group. Pool was popular with the kids. Not a lot of traffic like we found at Rosemary Beach. Close to activities we were interested in. Cons struggled with heat in the pool and had people out almost every day to fix. Other than the fab donut shop, all other shopping and eating places were a drive vs a walk.

The home is brand new! Everything was perfect! The host was available with any questions we had and check in was a breeze. They thought of everything a family could possibly need and left it for us to use. Our children loved the pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time grilling and playing outdoors. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we checked in everything was perfect. The house is brand new! It was way more than I expected. My children were in tears when we left...so I will be booking again this summer. From the ocean views to the architecture in this home it could not be more beautiful. The house is gorgeous! The pool and pool house was a big hit with my family! The house has so much to offer guest and top of the line furnishings, paintings, and fixtures! The kitchen has sub zero and wolf appliances! AMAZING!! The kids enjoyed the Sonos while swimming in the heated pool. We also enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor games! I cannot say one negative thing about this place. I could just go on and on. I also loved the master suite. The bathroom was breathtaking! Inside and out was immaculate!
