The unit is a very large 1Bedroom apartment with 1 ½ bathroom (1000 sq ft). It is located on the 1st floor of a multifamily house and includes high ceilings; great natural light; hardwood floors, a decorative brick fireplace; modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven); central heating; washer /dryer; an abundance of storage and a nice private backyard. The apartment flows into an open-concept living, dining, kitchen area, and 2 work stations (standing desks, office chairs). The large sunny bedroom has a king bed, 2 large closets, and a view on the garden. The house is fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Breville coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, kettle, Nutribullet etc) Ideal for parents with an infant, the house come withs all the baby appliances (Baby Breeza formula pro, baby food maker, sterilizer, high chair, crib with organic mattress, play area) Bonus: The unit also includes a furnished basement with a bathroom that can be used as a guest bedroom. About the neighborhood/transportation The house is located in a beautiful tree lined street With great amenities that includes cafes, restaurants, gym studios (Blink, Flow Pilates, Vibez Training), groceries, playgrounds and boutique shops all within a block or two. To name a few: Passionfruit coffee (coffee shop), Dick & Jane’s (cocktail Bar), Trad Room (Japanese), Therapy Wine Bar (wine bar) Cup of Brooklyn (coffee shop) , Secret garden Gypsy (vegan), Chez Alex (coffee shop), Saraghina (Italian), L’Antagoniste; Chez Oskar (French cuisine), Lunatico (cocktail bar & live music) Transportation is easy with the B52 and B46 a block away, the J/Z (Gates avenue) - 5 walk, and just a 25-minute commute to downtown Manhattan. A/C (Utica avenue) 15 min walk. Free street parking Requirements: -3 months minimum -1 month security deposit ($3000) -no pet -no smoking of any kind If you don’t have a baby, we can put most of the baby stuff away.
