This house was even better than the pictures showed. We had myself, my husband, our 2 adult children with their spouses and our 5 grandchildren. (11in all)
The kids loved the pool and games room. My youngest granddaughters loved the princess bedroom and my teenage grandsons were thrilled with the gaming bedroom. There was lots of space so we never felt squished at all.
We had a couple issues with the hot water and front door lock and they were both handled immediately.
The property was clean and very comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer and a large kitchen to make family dinners in.
The property was close to Disney parks and Universal. Studios. The community pool and water park were a big plus as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We are a large family and wanted to give our kids the Disney experience without staying on property. We couldn’t be happier with this house. The large spacious kids rooms were all Disney themed, plenty of baby things, and lots of space for adults. This is one of our favorite neighborhoods to stay in and we will definitely be back. The host is kind, helpful, and is easy to contact. The backyard pool was our favorite!

Everything from pre-stay communications, to check-in, to our actual stay, and through to check-out was perfect. Our host was more responsive than I would ever expect and the house was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 children. We unfortunately had two rainy days, but the heated house pool and main pool allowed us to still enjoy swimming when it otherwise would be too cold. This is on my list of vacations rentals to return to in the future!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this home. There were 11 of us and it was very comfortable for us all. The grandparents loved the main floor bedroom off the kitchen - very convenient! The kids enjoyed choosing their bedrooms, with everyone wanting a turn in the bunk room! And the two sets of adult parents each had a spacious king suite. The house is very convenient to all the Disney parks as well as the huge Walmart which is just minutes away.
Arlene, the home owner, was super helpful with information before our arrival. There were a couple maintenance issues discovered after we arrived and she responded to my messages within minutes and got the situations resolved.
This is a wonderful house for families. Our multigenerational family felt completely at home here. The house is clean with a well-stocked kitchen and is nicely furnished. It looks exactly in person as it does in the pictures. We had too busy of a week to take advantage of the neighborhood community center and water park but they looked very inviting.
It was a 5* star stay and I highly recommend this property!

This house and property are amazing. Clean, beautiful and the big water play area is just wonderful including the food! One thing I would suggest is more towels. If you have trouble with the pool heat call management listed in the welcome book right away. There is a breaker for the pool that sometimes trips so no heat in pool. They came within an hour after I called. Pool was wonderful and the hot tub. Hopefully they fix the check in process. I think they will. Greg Paxton answers right away and the property is fantastic.

Everything was easy, my husband was able to reach someone right away when we had a question. The home was beautiful. There were a lot of board games (it rained a couple of the days we were there) but, having them was helpful to our family; kept us off our phones. We would love to stay again next year.

Our group of 14 (age range: 4months - 67) stayed here about two weeks ago. The house was clean, beds are comfortable, and there's enough space for everyone. The kitchen comes fully loaded with enough plates, bowls, cups, and various appliances. My uncle enjoyed cooking in that kitchen. The Star Wars themed room is very cute and exactly as pictured. The kids enjoyed playing the game systems in there. They also enjoyed the game room and the pool. The pool area was nice. We couldn't get the hot tub to warm up but that didn't ruin our stay. Greg responded back quickly to all of my questions. I recommend that you check out the guestbook because majority of the answers to my questions were in there (I didn't realize that until our last day). Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely return

The house is in a gated community. When checking in it can get very busy and a line forms. The house was very clean. The electronic lock did not work consistently but we were warned about it and a backup process was provided. The cell signal was terrible but the the wifi provided was very fast. There were only 2 towels per bathroom so technically not enough for everyone staying. We had to buy more at Walmart- the closest one is very busy. It made out Disney, universal, LEGOLAND stay great. The kids loved the star wars room

The Hilltop is exactly as advertised with all the amenities a family could want. Not even 10 minutes from the Magic Kingdom, this property was great for families wanting to go to Disney and take a mid-day break!

Stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 10 hrs old down to 6 months. Listing was super accurate, great location, and Greg was amazing to work with. This place is PERFECT for a Disney trip for large families. The theming is excellent!

Quiet, gated, guarded community. Super convenient to all parks. Home is very spacious and works well with families with kids. Owner is hands on as well. We will for sure be back here for our next family event!

The villa is as it looks in the pictures. The facilities were just what you needed when trying to escape Disney Park chaos. The location was ideal - short drive to anywhere and 2 mins to a Walmart which had everything.
Greg was a great host. We've stayed at a few VRBOs in florida and his preparation and attention whilst we were there was the best we have experienced.
When the credit card clears we will start planning the next one and consider this house again....

Our stay was amazing! 4 adults and 4 kids and still plenty of room left to spare. 3 minute drive to Walmart and 15-20 minutes to all Disney parks! Property manager was great and attentive. The fridge was not working and accommodations were immediately provided with a new fridge. Property is gated and safe! Would absolutely stay there again!

Clean, nice decor, fun amenities for the kids, convenient to Disney. Private pool and hot tub plus access to community pool was the best of both worlds.
We had 11 including 6 kids under 10 and never felt cramped. Gameroom in garage gave good separation as did dining in kitchen family room and outdoors. Downstairs bedroom was great for grandpa as there were no steps to climb. The area was extra quiet with hardly any traffic by the house. Daily garbage pickup was a plus.

Great location, nice house for a large family or multiple families. Would definitely stay again! Could be stocked with basic essentials. (Only had 1 roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry detergent for the load of towels that was asked to be started by property managers)

Beautifully decorated, spacious vacation home. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay for Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. Conveniently located near the resorts. Lots of fun right at the house! It's a winner!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilltop in Windsor Hills! Location was perfect for travel to the Disney parks (15 minutes from front door to parking at Magic Kingdom) in addition to an hour to Cocoa Beach. Walmart was a mile away to stock up on groceries and the kitchen was well equipped with all pots/pans/utensils! The game room + coffee foosball table provided some great competition in the evenings between grandparents and kiddos! Loved the pool for both adults and kids alike and the fact that the hot tub actually heated to hot tub temperature was a definite plus, especially in the late evening hours under the stars and able to catch a glimpse of Epcot’s fireworks through the trees! The community pool was an easy walk from the house and a great way to get more swimming and sun in! House was spacious and suited all our needs for 4 grandparents, mom and dad and 3 kiddos! Everyone was able to spread out into their own space, yet have plenty of opportunities to be with each other as well! Thank you Greg & Stephanie for a great stay!!

We loved our stay in our Vrbo. Our host , Greg Paterson. Was just a phone call away to correct any problems we had with the home. The home was about 15 min from the Disney parks so very convenient to reach. The house was very clean and updated.

What a great house. Ideal location. Disney World is 15 minutes or so away, depending on traffic. Walmart and restaurants are just down the road. The home is in a gated community which has a community pool, water slides and a splash pad. While those were fun, our family especially enjoyed the home’s pool and hot tub. Even after a long day at Disney World or Universal the kids would head straight for the pool. The home was clean, spacious and relaxing. Greg, the owner, was great to work with, a true gentlemen, who ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again if we can.

We stayed 6 days with 9 people and we all loved it. There was plenty of room, the house was clean and well kept, the kitchen was stocked, the pool was lovely, the area felt nice and safe, and we were 10 min. from Disney and 20 from Universal. It was a great house in a great location. Greg was wonderful and easy to work with. We all would definitely stay here again.

Hilltop was a wonderful place to stay in Orlando and Greg made the entire process from first enquiry to arrival easy and uncomplicated. The house was immaculate as was the pool and comfy outdoor seating and loungers. Although we didn’t cook the kitchen was well equipped it with so many places to eat within a 5 min drive you icing not want to either ! The air con let us sleep comfortably and welll. Windsor hills feels so secure safe and well maintained with friendly staff if you need them. Thanks Greg for a wonderful stay and the unexpected welcome gift.

We had a great time at this house! Loved how spacious it was. Loved that the garage had its own a/c, the private pool, the waterpark and the location! Our young boys LOVED their bunkroom. My mom got to have her own room and bathroom. My teen daughters also enjoyed having their own rooms! I did get lost a couple times trying to get out of the neighborhood. gps would take me to exits that were for owners only or one said entrance was closed. We did get hot at night upstairs, it seemed the a/c would maybe reset to a certain temperature at a certain time maybe. not sure. I am also used to sleeping with our a/c at home at 68 and we could only set it to 72 (but then it would be higher than that when checking later) But I do understand the restriction on not setting it lower than 72 just wish it stayed that way. Definitely appreciated the plug in fans. We would for sure stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home!

What a great house! It was clean, stocked, great pool, fun game room, and so close to Disney. The host was super responsive, nice, and helpful. This is a no brainer if you want a peaceful, clean, and convenient place to say. Oh, and the beds were so comfortable. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO houses, and the beds were the best at this one. Overall, great stay!
