Welcome to Hogwarts! Our Harry Potter themed house has it all. From rooms representing all four houses to bedrooms dedicated to Hagrid, Dumbledore and Voldemort. The game room has been transformed into Platform 9 3/4 and the pool transformed into an underwater quidditch court!
The Gryffindor dormitory has been recreated in our wonderful home. It features a custom built double over double canopy bed with a hidden top bunk.
Our Beauxbaton room features a double over double castle bunk bed. Walk through the magic portal and step onto another campus with pink skies and fluffy clouds.
The master suite is where Dumbledore rests when he’s not teaching. It has a king size bed, TV, dual sink bathroom, walk in closet, water closet, shower and soak tub.
The Slytherin bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, bathroom and a custom built Nimbus 2001 over the bed.
The third adult bedroom on the second floor is dedicated to Hagrid. It features a king size log canopy bed and wood walls. The room has a direct access door to the third upstairs bathroom (custom built so it’s not like the other 6 bedroom Windsor Hills homes).
The downstairs bedroom is Voldemort’s bedroom. It has a giant tile wall, queen size bed and television. The bathroom is just off the small hallway.
The custom pool features a quidditch court. Yes, your own personal court to practice your quidditch skills.
Enjoy all of the beautiful Florida sun with a south facing pool and spa (it is shaded in the winter due to the retaining wall). The pool has been updated to a saltwater system. Stop swimming in over chlorinated pools that burn your eyes. Saltwater systems use a computer and electrolysis to control pool hygiene. Most vacation home pools are visited by a pool guy once a week that dumps tons of chlorine into the pool so that it lasts until he returns the next week. Those pools smell of chlorine and burn your eyes. A saltwater system is like swimming in saline. The water has a soft and silky feel. Saltwater systems are also better for your skin and hair because the chlorine level is properly controlled. Once you swim in a saltwater pool, you'll never want to rent a non-saltwater pool again.
Since the house is perfectly south facing, the covered lanai offers excellent shade all-day for those who need a little reprieve from the sun's rays. The lanai ceiling fans create a cool breeze when needed. The pool is very private with no rear neighbors. The retaining wall holds back a hillside with nothing but a long driveway 50ft further back on the other side of the hill. There is also a security gate around the pool for safety (rolled out of the way for pictures).
The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast nook for quick meals before heading to the parks. Counter top appliances include a Keurig machine in addition to the normal coffee pot, kettle, toaster and blender.
The entryway features Ravenclaw’s sitting room. The couches and chairs are the perfect place to gather everyone for a day at the parks.
Hufflepuff is represented in the most used room in the house - the living room. With leather couches and chairs it is a great place to rewatch one of the movies.
The dining room table seats eight students. A highchair is stored in the game room for guests to use during their stay. There are also a pack-n-play and strollers that can be taken to the parks. Connected to the dining room is a furnished living room and bar area.
Finally, no Florida home would be complete without a game room. This is no ordinary game room. This is Platform 9 3/4 station at Windsor Hills. The air-conditioned room includes a private theater and pool table. There is also a washer and dryer for doing any laundry during your stay between the living room and game room.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property has a Ring doorbell device and exterior security cameras facing the front outdoor entry, driveway and sides of the home. The cameras DO NOT look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed.

The amount of thought that has gone into every detail of this property is amazing. Each room is just full of artifacts and winks to the Harry Potter series. The kids were mesmerized. The place is massive, much more than our four person family needed. I could see 12 people comfortably using this place. The resort has great amenities. We used the pool and slides just about every day (but the pool at the house was great too). Drive times to Disney parks were about 10-15 minutes. Universal was over a half hour, but still not bad. This made for an unforgettable vacation!

We arrived just as the cleaning crew was finishing up, the property manager took the time to walk me through the house and gave me her phone number in case we needed anything.
I had spoken to the owner of the property prior to ask that the pool be heated for our stay, he was very friendly and made sure our request was met.
As soon as we entered the house even my adult children were, awwww, oooohhhhh at the Harry Potter theme and how well the home was decorated.
The little ones loved the castle bed! The pool and hot tub were perfect! The pool cleaning service arrived durning our stay to clean and check the water. This home is amazing and if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend you take it!!!

We stayed a week here with our family of 5 and my in laws at the beginning of April. Getting in and out of Windsor Hills was easy and the location was desirable with a Walmart just down the road. The community pool was very warm and not too crowded, but the slides and kids splash area were unfortunately too cold for my kids, ages 2, 5, and 6. The kids did enjoy the playground there in the mornings. The house was clean and as pictured. We enjoyed the home, but mostly the pool area! We paid for heat and it was great! We used the sit to stand stroller on a couple different occasions and it was so nice to have! We only noticed a few issues that should be addressed around the home, and we talked to Chris about them. He was on his way to the house for some repairs as we were leaving. Overall, we had a great time staying here and would stay here again in the future!

We had a great time at Villa 9 3/4. The house was just as described and Chris was an excellent host. The communication before and during our stay was excellent and he was quick to address questions we had.
The property is well kept and the attention to detail on the theme rooms was excellent. Our kids loved it.

This home could NOT be better if you’re traveling with a group. after 3- 14 hr days at Disney, 13 of us each had rooms to retreat to for privacy and rest. Everyone had a sleeping space, and families had thier own bathrooms.
Washer was convenient for towels they supplied. We had an issue with Hot Tub and they had someone there first thing in the morning to fix it! A ton of restaurants around the corner, Walmart and Publix too! This house was great and I’d return in a minute!! If we decide to try Universal, THIS is where we will stay! Thank you for the memories!!!

This was our first stay at Villa 9 3/4. The house was very clean and the owner was super responsive to any questions we had. The pictures do not do justice to just how well themed this house is. We were very excited to stay in a Harry Potter themed house like this and it exceeded our expectations. Stepping inside is like entering Hogwarts. The rooms were spell binding. The house was as welcoming as you’d expect from Hagrid and the location is perfect. Moaning Myrtle kept a clean place for us. Mrs. Weasley would approve of the spaces. Leaving felt like closing the last page of Deathly Hallows - good memories and a longing to experience it for the first time all over again.

The place is as the pictures show. Family members were very impressed with the thought put into the Harry Potter themed house. From booking to check-in, Chris was available at every moment for questions or adding an additional day to the front of the trip. The pool was hit a hit with the kids. We recently stayed at the Harry Potter villa with my family of three - two adults and our 8-year-old boy for 2 weeks. Our primary purpose for the visit was to explore Disney World, Discovery Cove, and the Kennedy Space Center, and this villa served as the perfect base for our trip.
From the outset, the booking process was straightforward with very clear information. The owner was very responsive, ensuring that all our queries were promptly addressed. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a clean and well-organized villa. The check-in process was a breeze, with a code provided for the front door, eliminating the need for physical keys. Additionally, registering at the Windsor Hill gate was quick and hassle-free, especially considering we arrived around 4 pm.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which was a significant plus for us. The villa's WiFi deserves a special mention. Both my husband and I had a few Teams and Zoom calls during our stay, and the connection was very good with no delays whatsoever.
As for the proximity to the attractions, the distances to Epcot, Hollywood Studio, and Typhoon Lagoon were incredibly convenient. Although we didn't visit Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom while staying at the villa, I am sure they were also very close by. The surrounding area also has a lot of dining options.
In conclusion, I would recommend this villa to anyone in search of a vacation rental. It ticks all the boxes in terms of comfort, convenience, and communication.

We just returned from the most amazing stay at the Harry Potter home. We were a large group with kids from 3-17 years old and they all loved it. As soon as we entered the house, the kids... and adults were in awe!! The house was clean, the location is amazing and the communication around arrival and management was great. The thought and detail that went into this property made our stay so much better. We were there for 5 days and the kids never got bored. We are already looking to stay at one of the many properties again next year!!!

Property was in great shape. Wife and kids are big Harry Potter fans so this place was a treat. Tons of details everywhere and tons of space for big groups. Good size pool and spa was very relaxing after a long day. Recreation area and water park in the resort were within walking distance. Villa is just miles from Disney and minutes from all sorts of restaurants and shopping. Chris was very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this home. We look forward to checking out other properties Chris owns.

This property exceeded our expectations. There were 13 of us ranging in ages 5-57. The communication with the listing agent, Chris, was excellent. We added pool heat and the BBQ. After keeping the cover on the pool, after a rough day at the parks, it was wonderful to be able to come home for a warm dip in the pool.
They have thought of everything someone would need. There was a cot for younger children to stay in the parents room, a crib, two strollers, car seats and even a walker if needed, Most of the home is decorated in Hollywood Legends and one room was Harry Potter. They will be creating an entire Harry Potter experience soon and I am sure it will be wonderful but I did also like the decor, photos and write ups about the Hollywood stars.
It is in the perfect location to go to everything. Literally minutes away from Disney, Grocery stores and Old Town Kissimmee. Also an easy drive to all of the beaches including Coco Beach. Legoland was also a nice, easy drive. Less than 40 minutes away.
We had purchased food for our stay and there were plenty of dishes and cookware available. We paid for the use of the grill and used it as well. Laundry and dishwasher also was used regularly and it felt like home.
The clubhouse with the pool and slides were amazing and we all had a few days of hanging out there as well.
Only issue we had was garbage and recycling. Thirteen people in a week can accumulate a huge a amount of garbage and we did not know what we were supposed to do with it. Also did not know if they recycled or not. Coming from Canada where we recycle everything we didn’t know what to do with it.
If you are looking for the perfect large family get away, this is the place to book! Also very reasonably price for the size of the home and the area.

Unfortunately it was very cold while we were there so we couldn’t take advantage of the pool. Even though it was heated, the cold days made it cold. The house was very comfortable and roomy, I loved the decor the most. The kids appreciated the themed rooms. Some of the beds could use some updating unless you like a soft bed.

This is a great property located close to both Disney and Universal. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms worked great for our family of 8. My granddaughters loved the Harry Potter room and princess themed room. The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive.

5 Star for a Reason!!
We took my folks and our kids to Disney, which is almost right around the corner. We chose this house because of the water park and the cool rooms for the kids. We were traveling with an 18, 9, & 3 year old, my husband, my parents and I.
So a wide variety of ages.
The girls loved the princess room and the Harry Potter room. The bunk beds are sturdy and beautiful!!
The beds were comfortable and the pillows didn't fold you in like a taco. 4 bathrooms.
The Water Park area is fantastic. Plenty for the big kids and the little kids.
The pool out back is just big enough to relax and have fun. While the spa never gets too hot tub temperatures, it is warm enough to keep the pool the perfect temperature!
The house is close to all of the Disney parks, close to the ferris wheel and right around the corner from grocery stores. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking. The layout was great. Overall this was the perfect condo for a while we were vacationing. We hated to leave
The movie room had loads of movies to watch and even had a selection of strollers and walkers and a infant car seat. There is even a bin full of pool toys for the kids to play with.
While we were there, the owner was in town and stopped by. He even brought over some fantastic cupcakes for the kids. I have to admit I snatched one for myself too LOL.
The TVs are set up with Roku so it was easy to stream everything we wanted to. Being able to wash our clothes while we were there meant even coming home was easier with no laundry to do when I got there.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location. Our host was great, the property was great, the house itself was great. And even though we had a small snafu with the vehicle permits when we arrived, it was so quickly taking care of that it was barely even a headache. The owner and the staff were amazing and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Great vacay home
Just checked out from staying at this home yesterday with my family. 3 families, 6 adults, 4 kids(ages 2-9). We stayed here for our first trip to Disney/Universal and this home definitely helped us make great memories. From the location, to the house, to the property amenities it exceeded our needs. From the day I first inquired about this property to check out the owner Chris was extremely nice amd ALWAYS prompt with his responses. We had a friend in the area that he accommodated by adding him to the list last minute to be able to visit multiple days with us. There was an issue with the pool/spa temperature but as stated he was very prompt with trying to resolve the issue which he was able to do within the next day and a half. Everything was very clean and cozy feeling. I would recommend staying here if your looking for a place with great location and an owner who prioritizes his guests assuring they have a great stay.

Chris’s communication was always top notch. We had a problem with the heating sensor in the pool, but our heating costs were refunded which was greatly appreciated. It was very comfortable- close to the parks and we loved the resort facilities! Such a nice getaway for our Minnesota family.

Dishwasher broken, all kitchenware dirty
House was as listed. Chris is great, he is very prompt at getting back to us with any problems we had. Paid for pool heat, pool was not heated on our arrival, which was a major letdown. We turned hot tub on the first day and it drained itself completely. It then filled back up and then would drain. Did this multiple times on day one. Called manager, pool guy came next day and says nothing wrong with pool or hot tub, ok…. Pool finally warm by evening of second day.
Found 2 dishwasher pods on kitchen counter and thought, cool we got an extra, not the case at all. The dishwasher was broken. This was a deal breaker for us. We spent months saving for this vacation and was very disappointed when all the silverware, plates, cups, glasses and pots were visibly dirty. Before we realized the dishwasher was broken, we loaded it and the sink with dirty dishes from other people and then found out the dishwasher wouldn’t run. Chris did send someone over to wash all the dishes while we were gone. So those we set out got clean, but still would find a cup or plate dirty. In my opinion, everything in the kitchen needs washed. It grossed us out to grab a white plastic cup from the cupboard for a quick drink of water and it has pop stains and lipstick on the edges.
We couldn’t get it out of our head that the housekeeper unloaded the dishwasher and didn’t figure out that it never ran and put away soiled dishes. It was blatantly obvious how dirty the dishes were when they got put away that it made us wonder what else wasn’t clean. The bedsheets didn’t appear to be freshly laundered and wouldn’t surprise me if the housekeeping just made beds after previous people left. We used all paper plates and plastic silverware the rest of the week because everything in house was dirty and didn’t plan to go on vacation to hand wash all the dishes all week. Also washed bedding before we used it.
Also house is primarily tile, house needs a cordless stick vacuum. Brown carpet on stairs and upstairs is in poor poor condition and needs replaced. I understand this is a rental vacation home but the carpet is bad.
We stayed at this house because we went to Disney, which is the perfect location to get to the parks. When we come back we likely would stay at a different property but in the same little locked in community. There are many houses available to rent in this community, there is competition and it has to be clean for people to want to come back. House is big, Chris is great.

Had a few hiccups but once i was able to communicate with Chris, it was settled. Home is big and comfortable for my tribe of kids.
