*** How to transform the sofa bed into a full-size bed?***

*** How do you turn on the shower switch of the bathtub?***

***How to use the Key Fob?***

The key fob is a small security hardware device with built-in authentication used to control and secure access.

You will be provided with 2 sets of keys and access devices (key fob) inside the suite. One of the 2 sets will have a larger fob with buttons (this is for parking use), and the other one is a regular fob. Both fobs can be used to access the common areas in the building (e.g. entrance, elevator, pool & gym, garbage room). However, only the larger parking fob can be used to access the underground parking gate.

To use the fobs in the building, simply tap or hold the fob against the sensors to unlock access. To open the parking gate, press the top-right button.

One free secured standard underground parking is provided for your stay.

Paid secured public underground parking stalls are available on site.

Pool Access:

Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi (hot tub), and Gym are located on the 3rd Floor. The key fob is needed when entering.
Pool Hours: 6 am-9 pm (10 am-11 am unavailable due to daily cleaning and sanitizing)
Gym Hours: 7 am-9 pm (11 am-12 am unavailable due to daily cleaning and sanitizing)

In addition to this, we take special precautions to disinfect surfaces as much as possible to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our dear guests. Even for fabric surfaces, we spray with Lysol disinfectant. ***

6. Lost or damaged key fobs

There are 4 Water Alarms in total in this condo to prevent water damage. They are located: below the sink in the kitchen, next to the washer, under the sinks in two bathrooms. Once the alarm detects water, it will keep a loud beeping for 24 hours. If you are lucky enough to hear the sound, please locate the alarm, clean the water on the floor and report to the host and building security immediately.

When you check-in, please find the phone number of the building security in the check-in notice.

There are fire extinguishers inside and outside of the condo, please use them in case of fire.

Please turn off the water and stove when you are not in the condo.

Beautiful condo in secure building with great amenities. Close to public transportation. Across the street from Stadium-Chinatown Skytrain station. Short walk to Plaza of Nations ferry stop. (We loved our visit to Granville Island).

Perfect location. Gorgeous view! Very clean! Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. It was a little smaller than we were expecting. Two of our party were unable to come, so it worked out fine. If we had had all seven, there really would not have been enough space or seating.

Beautiful condo with lots of amenities. Great location for short (or long) stay. Great views and walking distance to Gastown. There sadly are more homeless people than I expected in Vancouver so grateful for the extra security of the building. Great host who communicates clearly and quickly.

We really enjoyed our two night stay for six of us at this condo before our cruise departed. The location was excellent with good restaurants very close and the Sky Train was just across the street which we used to go to the cruise port. An unexpected surprise was the onsite gardens on the 3rd floor - Absolutely serene and beautiful!

Close to restaurants, grocery store, Costco, and right overlooking the stadium. Our family had a wonderful visit (3 kids ages 5-11, grandparent, & two parents). Nice to have secure parking and an indoor pool (pool /gym on the 3rd floor, accessible between the two condos towers). Finding the parking spot was tricky, so highly recommend following the hosts instructions. The unit had everything we needed included cooking utensils, appliances (toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker), toiletries, & A/C units! Neighborhood is downtown, so expect traffic and city sounds. My kids enjoyed 'people watching' from a high floor.
