On a whim we decided to escape the Phoenix heat and head to Pine, AZ for beautiful scenery and cooler weather. Bear Cabin, was as advertised and a very nice log cabin in a very nice neighborhood. We hope to return for another visit in the future!

Staying here felt like we were at home with a view

The cabin was exactly as stated. Very spacious & had everything you needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the deck was beautiful. Plenty of board games which was nice to be doing instead of watching tv.

Visiting this home, we were able to see wild life roam the area.

This was a well appointed cabin that was situated high enough for a view of the trees and had lots of wildlife come and go from the yard. Delightful

The family went up to Pine to get away from the Phoenix heat for the week. We had a lovely time. We saw elk at the cabin and the weather was wonderful!

This home has everything we needed for a relaxing and great long weekend. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the accessories you need, the grow is easy to use, and the sheets were so soft.
We saw all types of birds, deer, wild boar, and more. The view from the patio is a sea of trees and sky. Gorgeous. The neighbors are close enough to hear because it’s quiet but the houses are not on top of each other. Plenty of privacy.
Thanks for a great stay and good communication.

Enjoyed two lovely nights of solitude to unplug and unwind from the grind of daily life. A lovely and rejuvenating retreat.

Surprised by a mid-March snowstorm. Cabin was clean, warm, cozy, and the perfect place to watch the snow come down. A truly magical stay.

10 minutes after we arrived at this cabin I had to message the host and tell them how cool I thought the house was what a beautiful location and a beautiful view! And the house was immaculate completely stocked with everything you could need all we had to do was arrive there. Sitting on the back porch in the morning having coffee looking out over the lush green valley was wonderful. The elk and peccaries wandering through the property in the morning munching on little goodies on the ground was very very nice. And just as nice was the convenience of all the places to eat, all of them less than a mile and a half from the house. On our first night there we had delicious woodfired pizzas from less than a mile away. Everything was wonderful it was a wonderful stay!!!! We will DEFINITELY book again

Very clean cabin with a well stocked kitchen. Loved the Christmas tree in the living room and the fireplace. Very comfortable beds too. We used the grill and played Corn hole on the deck that overlooked the pine trees.

We had a wonderful stay at this perfect cabin in Pine! It was so close to places to eat if we wanted to get out for a bite. The kitchen was perfect for cooking in too. Extra nice that it was dog-friendly. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time here. The deck was a great bonus with a beautiful view to boot! Would definitely come back!

Beautiful location and Home. WiFi was spotty but loved the movies, games, and puzzles.

We enjoyed the property with all the included amenities. Lots of kitchen gadgets and a full laundry. However, did not like the wasps that kept getting inside the house until we found the hole in the dining room door and plugged it. Apparently there was a nest close by, so we could not enjoy the front porch or the grill as we are quite allergic to bees and wasps.

Place was everything we expected.
You may want to re-think your cleaning company though.
The place had the “illusion” of clean.
Kitchen garbage was full with garbage when we arrived. When getting ready for bed and pulling down the blankets there was a spider under the covers. Needless to say, we did not sleep in the bedrooms.
I believe we left the place cleaner then we arrived.

Went up just for a couple days to hang out n the mountains. This is a great house and great location. It is our second stay in the last two months. We will be gong back again.

Absolutely incredible getaway weekend and you will want to return! The hosts were welcoming and cabin has incredible views from the back deck. Although a very steep driveway, parking and turnaround was easy on the lower end. The cabin had everything one could ask; fully equipped kitchen, well laid out setting, ample pillows and bedding. The upper king was medium-firm and lower queen was more firm. Futons were a nice plus and TVs available in all the right places. While in the mountains you will get spotty internet and TV reception making it a little difficult to catch live-action sports, but that can’t always be helped. We watched both elk and javelina walking through the back with their young and weather was perfect for the short weekend stay. Thanks for sharing!

Enjoyed a very short but very great stay at Cozy Bear. We enjoyed all the elk that stopped by in the morning, and the peacefulness we enjoyed on the deck in the morning was divine! The cabin was super clean (the way we like it!) and the host was very accommodating. We would definitely come back next time we are in Pine.

Our stay at this home was exceptional! Everything in the listing is exactly as stated and even better to be honest.
The view from the patio was such a special spot. The location is prime because you feel so secluded but also you are not far from town. You really get that special cabin feel in this home but also a modern adaptation of it.
The cabin is so spacious you don’t know what to do with all the space.
This was my fiancée and I’s third time through Strawberry and Pine and we have loved it every single time.
For your visit:
Make sure to go to Old County Inn for Pizza dinner, and then lunch or dinner at THAT Brewery!
If you are looking for an amazing dinner for a specula occasion or just a amazing nice dinner make sure to drive to Payson and go to Duza’s Kitchen. The food portions and flavor are amazing and the price is unbeatable.
Overall staying in Pine or Strawberry is always a great time!

Cabin was great, clean, exactly what I was expecting.

I went there to read and relax with quiet and no television I was actually looking for a place without even Wi-Fi but that’s OK that they did have it. It ended up snowing when I was there but the snow on the trees in the mountains was absolutely breathtaking I did not mind looking at that at all!!
Doesn’t hurt that the cabin was actually really nice also!!
Only thing was there are no Uber or Lyft bailable so if you don’t drive you would have to find a taxi service if you needed to get more supplies. I used Jerry for a couple of rides including airport .I believe it’s called Jerry’s taxi service and he was absolutely fantastic!!
If you use him tell him Renee said hello and thanks!

This is our second time staying at this cabin and it was just as enjoyable and relaxing as the first! Same group of 4, two couples, as last time. But we enjoyed ourselves so much back in March that this time we decided to stay 3 nights instead of just two. Perfect decision! As always, the cabin looks just as beautiful as in the photos. It's always super clean and cozy, and everything is set up perfectly for a relaxing weekend away. Highly suggest this cabin for your next trip! We plan to come back here at least twice a year moving forward!

A lovely weekend and great place to stay. Only negative was that the WiFi was horribly slow and inconsistent.

This cabin was beautiful, comfortable and had all of the comforts and amenities of home! The fireplace and the view made the entire trip! Loved it!

Even the driveway is an adventure, we loved this cozy respite and plan to be back. There are neighbors but you're perfectly situated to barely see them from most views.

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I to stay for our anniversary trip. There are cabins around it, but the trees and mountain landscape make it feel very private and it was a very quiet neighborhood. The view from the upstairs was amazing we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Just needed a few relaxing days away from the Phoenix valley heat. This was the perfect place.
10.0
All the amenities were easily at hand! It had everything meeting all our needs. Location was convenient to many of our planned day trips. Although tv was available. Having to use ytube and therefore reception, was poor. Only negative, but we made it work. Hope to come back next summer!!!

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful, quaint cabin in the woods. Perfect getaway from the city. Had everything needed for the several days we stayed.
Kudos for being flexible with us when COVID-19 required is to postpone our trip. Above and beyond customer service in that regard. Thanks!
