Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just a stone's throw away.

beauty centres, hairdressers, children's park and the beautiful Bahia Beach Club. Nearby, you can participate in various activities, such as golfing, hiking, cycling, snorkelling, etc.
In "Jardines de los Menceyes" the entrance to Palm-Mar, you can enjoy subtropical gardens, waterfalls and two swimming pools, one of which and the children's pool are heated, a spacious solarium with sunbeds and parasols. "Jardines de los Menceyes" has a fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment. Only a ten-minute walk away you will find the shopping centre with a wide variety of gastronomic choices and the black natural beach "la Arenita"
To ensure security, the complex has been fully fenced with a controlled chip entrance. Each building has a maximum of 16 flats and has its own lift connected to the underground garage (this apartment does not offer private parking).
