We love the warm, welcoming feel of this well-equipped lodge, wonderfully located on a water sports park offering all types of water sports and with easy access to the Lake District’s delights.. 5 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Calor gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Decking. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £100.. As you approach this lovely lodge you walk straight onto the deck which offers the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by on a warm summer’s evening. Stepping inside you find an open-plan living space, which is the ideal social space for family or friends. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough to cook anything from toast to a three course meal. There are three bedrooms of which two are twin rooms, the third bedroom offers the flexibility of being either a twin or a double, and then the lodge is completed with a family bathroom.
Haverigg is located close to Millom, a small coastal town located near the mouth of the Duddon Estuary, and lies on the edges of the Lake District National Park. This former bustling mining town, surrounded by beaches and stunning natural beauty, now enjoys a slower pace of life. It is well serviced offering plenty of amenities, such as several food stores, independent shops, takeaways, a museum, a theatre, pubs and a train station. Nearby attractions include the RSPB wildlife reserve at Hodbarrow, as well as the expansive beaches at Haverigg and Silecroft, which also offers access to the Cumbrian Coastal Way and magnificent views of the Irish Sea and the Isle of Man.
If water sports are your thing, then Serenity is located on Port Haverigg Marina Park which offers wakeboarding, paddleboarding, water skiing and an adventure park, and afterwards Herdwick’s café and ski bar is a must. However, if you prefer your dry land then visit Cumbrian Heavy Horses, a sight to behold for horse lovers. Suitable for riders of all abilities, this is an experience not to be missed. Sightseers might also like to visit the impressive Muncaster Castle, a historic castle with impressive gardens and Hawk & Owl centre, a great day out for families. There is plenty to enjoy on the doorstep not to mention that the Lakeland villages of Coniston, Hawkshead, and Ambleside can easily be reached within an hour if you are interested in exploring the Lakes.
