Die Lage war sehr gut

Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, es gab keinerlei Ansprechpartner bzw. Personal, auch nicht telefonisch, und es gab so viele Mails mit vielen Informationen, dass wir nicht gesehen haben, dass wir in einer der vielenInformationen ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen haben, was dann erst einmal zu unangenehmen Verhandlungen geführt hat, als unser vermeintliches Zimmer schon belegt war.

A great location and lovely stay

Great location for us, far enough out of the tourist trap on a very pretty road and a short walk to the main square. Easy access to the property. The room was clean, a large comfortable bed and the pillows were great. We thought we had a breakfast box included in our stay as the place is a B&B but having not received it the first morning and asking why we were told we had to add this as extra. The next morning we provided with a free box and it was fantastic. Super filling and lots of delicious things.

The breakfast box add on could have been clearer upon booking.

Worth the money, lovely B&B

Location: Proximity to the centre. The room was a good size. Huge bathroom. The Zakske team, especially Erin were exceptional. They provided an electronic mosquito repellant. We would stay there again.

The small fan we had didn't work as well we would like. It was unseasonably warm during our stay and leaving the windows open was not an option as the majority of tourist accommodations in Bruges are near a canal and those pesky mosquitos.

Amazing 🤩

Room was lovely, clean and beautifully decorated, it gives a very homey feel. Location is great, only 10 to 15 minutes to the center. There is also a bus stop nearby. Very quiet space, with only birdsong filling it.

Since Bruges is on a canal, there are plenty mosquitos sp be aware. This is not something the B&B can control, but they do provide mosquito repellent in the room and advice how to minimize the issue.

TERRIBLE

We asked for a quiet room and we clearly did not get anything close to that. The manager said that we shouldn't have booked through Booking but straight with the owner (!!!) The noise was terrible, you can continuously hear other people next and above, going up and down the stairs or staying at the kitchenette next to the room. If this is not enough, when finally everybody goes to sleep, the elevator or other kind of engine will be making noise all night long and interrupting your sleep. This last incident was just too much to bear: Late at night (when we finally got asleep) somebody tried to get in our room (too drunk to see the right door to get in and keep insisting with the old fashion key). Worst stay ever... Apologies were never given. Instead a reply with a wrong argument, implying we were at the wrong room (that was not the case of course!!).

perfect for a short break in Bruges

Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable and nicely decorated. Shower was fantastic. We liked that we were able to check ourselves in and out and were left to our own devices but owners were available via WhatsApp if needed. We were able to use Netflix and Amazon prime which was great after a busy day in Bruges.

Great place to stay

Great B&B would highly recommend. Its was only a short walk into the centre. The room was large with lots of space. Very comfortable bed. Great shower, coffee facilities welcome beers 😊. Easy check in and good communication/ instructions for check in/out.

Fantastic Stay!

Lovely, clean and bright room, wonderful shower and 2 minutes walk from the Markt. Perfect place to stay if you don't want to talk to people/just want to do your own thing. However, the owners respond to messages very quickly and they are really helpful.

Lovely B&B in central Bruges!

This is a great base from which to explore Bruges. It's quiet, clean, the bed is super comfortable and the breakfast is really generous (perhaps a little too generous unless you're ravenous! There are pastries, bread rolls, ham, cheese, jam, honey, yoghurt, fruit and even boiled eggs!). Just a short 8 min walk along lovely streets to the market square. Very easy to get in using clear instructions. There's a luggage room too. Highly recommend. We were a group of 5 friends and we shared 3 doubles. Thanks for a great stay!
