Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.
It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.
Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.
The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists worldwide every day.
The most famous local event is the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.
Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.
The accommodation is 10 minutes on foot from Venice Santa Lucia Station and less than 13km from Venice Marco Polo Airport.

Great apartment

Terrible terrible terrible! First of all, 4 story building, apartment all the way on top 4th floor and NO elevator!
Dirty, smelly, hair and body fluids everywhere! Disgusting place. No communication at all! Do yourself a favor, sleep outside but don’t stay in this dump!!

Nice little place for 4. Great location. We really only slept in there as we were out and about all day. Perfect for what we needed.

The stay was nice and worked for us 4 adults.

Location is good within the city to move around everywhere. Apartment has a nice vibe.
Some of the furniture and floors are a bit outdated. The access corridor and the fact the elevator can’t be used by guest is slightly unfortunate. Also (although is inherent to the place) the tiny bathroom for a two bedroom is very limited.

The apartment is in a great location with a close walk to local attractions and not in a loud area. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The walk up to the apartment is very daunting, as the elevator is not allowed for use.

Great location and seamless check in process. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to get to this property and travel light. Dining furmiture was not in great shape and also the flooring in the kitchen was uneven we got lucky with no cuts or bruises. Though kitchen and living area were cramped the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable to crash after a day long walking. Proximity paid off

What a great apartment in Venice. Such a wonderful spot with so much around us. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the location: far enough away from the main attractions of Venice to escape the throngs yet close enough to get straight back into it after just a short walk! Perfect!
Overall was really clean, bright and welcoming.
Please can more pillows be available.
It would be 100% if a small selection of essentials were there for guest arrivals: such as tea towels for dishes, tea bags/coffee but honestly these are not deal breakers and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and space for value. Missing toilet paper and a little rough around the edges but it was perfect for what we needed. Thank you

This apartment is good for a short stay in Venice. The directions they provided were perfect and appreciated as map apps are hit and miss in Venice.
It is what you can expect for the reasonable price in such a busy tourist spot.
It is a very basic apartment that is professionally managed so does not have some of the typical things you might expect in a vacation rental like a coffee pot or kettle, They have fit in small sofa beside the dining table but there is not really a place to sit and gather, which is fine if you are focused on exploring.
It was relatively clean but could use some attention in the corners.
The biggest negative for us was that the beds were very hard, but the upside is that you will be awake early to hit the town. The area is quiet.

We were able to make adjustments to our booking as another family member was added to our trip. The owners were able to give another option and pay for the difference. The booking was a bit confusing at first as the owners did all the payments and communication out of VRBO. There was also a confusion as to if cancellation was since they asked for the payment before the cancellation time was up. Thankfully it all worked out and we were able to enjoy our stay in a great space. We weren't able to use the second shower and though there was a dish washer we had to buy dish soap, paper towels and sponges. Great location and very convenient with great restaurants just steps from the front gate.

Very good!

The property was nice and served our purpose well. We had no problems finding the apartment using the directions provided. Venice is a great place to visit, so nice not having to deal with cars and motorcycles. The only issue we had was that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and you need to haul your luggage up the stairs. This was not a huge issue but would have been nice to know ahead of time.
